Frozen Bingo is the direct sister site to Bingo Diamond, Sing Bingo, Wink Slots, and more than 30 other casino and bingo gaming brands that are owned by well-known casino company Broadway Holdings. After it was founded in 2010, Broadway has risen to be a major player in the European and UK online bingo and casino sectors and so far has set up or bought around 40 gambling sites.

Created in 2015, this is among the newer sites owned by Broadway, and is themed around the animated classic movie Frozen, or at least it appears to be. While it focuses mainly on bingo, there is a slot and casino game section and this is where we will be focusing for this review.

Although the site is mainly focused on bingo, there is a surprisingly large library of slot and casino games available here. In fact there are more than 450 in total, with the vast majority being slot games, provided by some of the biggest developers in the business such as NetEnt and IGT.
Among the popular titles available here are Fluffy Favourites, Cleopatra, Da Vinci Diamonds and Rainbow Riches, and although we have come across larger game selections, there is more than enough to keep you interested if you are a fan of slots.
Casino table game players are not so well served here. You will find some interesting titles such as Caribbean Poker and Deuces Wild alongside a few standard variants of roulette, blackjack, and baccarat, but the selection is small. We are pleased to see that it offers PayPal and Paysafecard transactions, but there is no option to make withdrawals or deposits with Neteller or Skrill. We also think that there is room for improvement on the 2-day processing time for withdrawals, but on the plus side, the minimum withdrawal is just £5 and there are no fees.
The site also provides a very effective customer support platform, which offers site users the choice of live chat, telephone or email contact methods.
Sing Bingo
Sing Bingo is another long-established online gambling site that is owned by Broadway and is a sister site to Frozen Bingo. With a total of just under 300 games, no live casino options and a small selection of jackpot titles, Sing Bingo, like Frozen Bingo is focused largely on the popular game that gives it its name. Sing Bingo offers a slighly wider range of banking options to those on the Frozen Bingo site, however, there is no live chat facility for customer support.

For a site that is mainly focused on bingo, Frozen Bingo provides a good choice for slots fans, and scores highly on customer support and banking options. Unfortunately, withdrawals are a little slow and there aren’t enough table game or live casino titles to enable this site to score top marks.
