Polo Bingo is the direct sister site of Red Bus Bingo, Wink Slots, Tasty Bingo and more than 30 other gaming brands all of which come under the umbrella of well-known gaming company Broadway Holdings.
Top Sister and Similar Sites
Broadway is able to provide gambling platforms in the UK thanks to its licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission, and since it was founded in 2010, it has either created or been involved with more than 40 casino or bingo sites, establishing itself as a major UK operator.
The Polo Bingo site is, as the name indicates, primarily focused on bingo players, but it does have a casino section, which is what we will be reviewing.
Polo Bingo Games
Many of the Broadway Holdings bingo sites have clear identities and this is the case with Polo Bingo, which is loosely themed around polo, the horse-and-stick game that is popular with aristocrats.
The site has a radically different layout to some of its sister sites, with a bold red colour used throughout, while the home page takes you directly to a selection of games. This central display links to individual casino games or to the bingo sections of the site and enables players to get straight to the action.
There are some familiar slot titles here, including Rumble Rhino, Starburst, Stampede and Big Bass Bonanza, and one or two Daily Jackpot games, including Dynamite Riches and Dragon’s Fire Megaways.
Unfortunately the game selection is very small. We counted less than 100 games with no casino favorites, and no live casino section, which is disappointing even for a site that is primarily focused on bingo.
Polo Bingo Banking and Customer Support
UK facing sites often fall a little short when it comes to payment options and that is the case with Polo Bingo. There are six methods available, including PayPal and Paysafecard, and a minimum deposit of £10, although this figure is standard throughout the industry.
The withdrawal service falls well short of what we have come to expect from a modern site. There is a minimum withdrawal of £30, which seems extraordinarily high, although it seems that withdrawals are processed within 48 hours, which is again in line with the industry standard.
There’s better news on the customer support section of the site. Customers can get in touch using a freephone number, an online email form and a live chat service, all of which are available 24/7.
Red Bus Bingo
Red Bus Bingo is a sister site to Polo Bingo, but was created back in 2010 so is one of the oldest sites owned by Broadway. Red Bus Bingo has a much wider selection of games than can be found at Polo Bingo, which is surprising for an older platform. It also has the same comprehensive customer support platform provided by Polo Bingo, and an equally negative withdrawal system, which requires players to make multiple withdrawals rather than one withdrawal for large amounts.
Polo Bingo Conclusions
It is sometimes a little tricky to assess the quality of casino offering on sites that are primarily aimed at bingo fans, and this is the case with Polo Bingo. This platform does a good job of putting casino games front and centre, and there is an excellent customer support platform, but the range of games is just too small to appeal to the average online slots player, and the high minimum withdrawal figure is an additional problem for a site that could be better.
