When it comes to payment options, Red Bus Bingo provides a good selection and although you won’t be able to make deposits and withdrawals using Skrill, you can access PayPal and Neteller banking options.
There is, however, an unusual and not particularly welcome transaction policy in the form of a Transaction Balance, which requires you to spread your withdrawals across several different methods of banking if you have used more than one different deposit method. This is not particularly customer-friendly, although the withdrawal process itself appears to be handled at a speed that is in line with the industry standard.
When it comes to customer support, there is a freephone number, an email contact option and a live chat facility, which isn’t as common as it should be in the modern online casino sector.

We’ve reviewed several Broadway bingo-focused sites and Red Bus Bingo follows the trend of many of those platforms. It is cheap and cheerful to look at, provides a bingo-centric gaming experience and offers a limited range of slots and table games. That said, the game selection does cover most options and the level of customer support is excellent. Die-hard casino and slots fans may not be that impressed, but for a bingo site, this platform provides a good casino gaming experience.
