Sing Bingo is a direct sister site to Bingo Diamond, Lucky 247, Wink Slots and many others, all of which are under the oversight of Broadway Gaming. Broadway launched in 2010 and has grown to be a significant player in the online bingo and casino sector, owning around 40 gambling brands and operating in the UK market thanks to a licence held through the UK Gambling Commission.
Our Top Rated UK Bingo Site
One of the oldest brands in the Broadway group, Sing Bingo was launched back in 2010, although was not acquired by Broadway until August 2022. As its name suggests, focuses on its range of bingo games, including 40 different bingo rooms. The site also has a slots section, and in this review, we will be focusing on this element of the Sing Bingo platform.
Sing Bingo Game Selection
As it is primarily a bingo site, the range of casino gaming options with Sing Bingo is limited in comparison to many casino sites. There is a total of 272 games, all of which are slots, which can be accessed by clicking the Slots link on the bar at the top of the home page.
There are four other sub-categories, to enable players to navigate to the games they want, but these aren’t as comprehensive or useful as they could be. You have the option to look at the newest or top-rated games, while there is also a Jackpot and Daily Jackpot section, but there is no option to search by the developer, RTP, game feature or genre.
In the A-List section, you will find some of the best-known slots such as Starburst, Big Bass Bonanza and Temple of Iris, and there is a total of 29 jackpot titles across the Daily Jackpot and Jackpot sections, although some of the top progressive jackpot titles, such as Mega Moolah and Mega Fortune are missing.
As mentioned above, this is also a slots-only casino gaming section, so fans of table games, video poker or live casino gaming won’t find any options to play at Sing Bingo.
Sing Bingo Banking and Customer Support
There are eight payment options available through the Sing Bingo site, which represents a relatively good selection, though with some curious omissions. You will find Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Paysafecard options, along with Apple Pay and PayByPhone, but no Skrill or Neteller payment facilities.
We were pleased to see that there are low minimum deposit and withdrawal levels of £5, and withdrawal speeds appear to be in line with the industry standard, with card payments taking around three days and phone payment and e-wallet options going through within 24 hours.
The customer support at Sing Bingo is adequate, consisting of email, telephone and community chat forums, however, the forum is only accessible to registered customers, there is no live chat facility and the customer support team is only available between the hours of 10:00 and 02:00.
Lucky 247
Lucky 247 is a sister site to Sing Bingo and dates to 2012, but unlike its sister site, is fully focused on casino gaming. That said, the range of games available, at 490 is nothing to get excited about, and there are no live casino options. Lucky 247 does offer Skrill and Neteller payments, but no PayPal options, while the live chat support offers a more responsive customer service platform than with Sing Bingo.
Sing Bingo Conclusions
Sing Bingo is an older site and that shows in the less-than-impressive design and incomplete range of payment options and customer support paths. The bottom line for casino gaming fans, however, is that the site’s small selection of 275 games feels like an afterthought to the bingo operation and it is hard to see any casino gamer choosing this site as a long term option.
