🌌 Six sisters under brighter lights
The six below were read from the same licence on 12 August 2026; the money rules, the partner arrangement and the one settlement follow further down the page.
🌟 The lobby, the apps and the Red Diamond ladder
The lobby runs past 1,200 titles, smaller than the biggest sisters but drawn from the same shelves: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and more on the slots, Evolution on the live tables. Luna keeps apps of its own on iPhone and Android, which very few sisters manage, and its loyalty scheme climbs six steps from Bronze to Red Diamond on points earned through ordinary play.
Anything not stocked here is usually one sister away: the PlayOJO write-up covers the busiest lobby in the family, the Simba Games entry the other name with apps on both stores, and AHTI Games the Nordic room with more than 80 live tables.
💸 Getting paid at Luna Casino
PayPal, Trustly, Skrill and Neteller all pay out inside a day for a checked account; debit cards and Maestro take two to seven working days, and the £10 bank transfer fee is waived above £500. Neither Apple Pay nor Paysafecard can carry money out, so an account funded that way needs another route before its first cashout, and money generally goes back the way it came in.
💵 Figures the space theme does not change
- The floors are £10 on a deposit and £20 on a withdrawal, £50 by bank transfer
- A day releases at most £5,000 and a month £10,000, at each brand
- Up to 96 hours may pass in pending before a withdrawal is worked on
- Once a request is in, British rules stop it being pulled back into play
The currency is fixed the day the account opens and shapes what the cashier offers. Deposits rest in a Barclays account separated from company funds, protected at the middle of the three grades; support is live chat from one Cyprus team behind every brand, not a phone number between them, and the identity check done at any sister stands here too.
📄 A partner brand written in twice
Luna Casino sits on the partner side of the file: forty of the sixty addresses are house brands, eighteen including Luna are partner fronts with Genting Casino and Slingo the biggest, and two are dead. Luna alone among the partner names is written in twice, lunacasino.co.uk beside the .com, the British spelling passing into the main site. A partner company owns the brand; Skill On Net Limited, selling casino games since 2005 and British-licensed since 2014, runs everything behind it, holds Danish and Swedish permissions too, and leaves IBAS to rule on complaints support cannot close.
The paperwork carries two company addresses as well: a Limassol head office at Anapafseos 1 on the licence, and the older Maltese line, Quantum House in Ta Xbiex, still in the footers. All of it sits on the company record the Gambling Commission publishes, and the full list of Skill On Net casinos names the other fifty-nine addresses.
⚖ One settlement across sixty addresses
The family record shows one settlement, dated 23 May 2023: £305,150 paid by the company to socially responsible causes. It closed an investigation of January 2021 to December 2022 that had found a £2,000 deposit limit going unenforced, seven-hour sessions passing unremarked, and player declarations standing in for proof of funds. Costs of £9,079 were returned as well, an outside audit taken on, and the announcement still stands on the regulator pages with an update of 12 September 2023.
- ✅ Safe: downloading the Luna app rather than hunting for a bigger lobby. The games are the shared set, and the app carries the same cashier and protections as the website.
- ❌ Costly: typing the .co.uk and thinking a second casino exists. Both filed addresses land on one site, one account and one set of limits.
📚 Four sisters to read next
The partner side sells more than space themes: Metal Casino is the heavy rock room two rows along. On the owned side, Lucky Vegas and Lucky Niki carry the boldest fronts, and EU Casino is where the family history starts, on sale since 2009.
