Two addresses for one company is the first thing worth pausing on. The Commission’s register places the head office at Anapafseos 1 in Limassol. The footers on PlayOJO, Turbonino and SlotsMagic, and the terms pages across the group, all describe Skill on Net Ltd as a company registered in Malta under number C50024, trading from Quantum House in Ta’Xbiex. Neither source is casual about it – one is the regulator’s file, the other is the sentence the company prints at the foot of every page – so a reader comparing the two on the same afternoon simply finds them naming different countries. This page records both and dates the check rather than guessing which will move first.

The number in those footers also deserves decoding once. The footers cite 39326, which is the account. The licence number on the Commission’s file runs longer – 039326-R-319358-060 – and covers all three permissions at once. Search with either and you arrive at the same company.

Sixty addresses, and what answered on 12 August 2026

The counter above the domain table says 60 and the table returns 60 rows, so the two agree. The status column is where this account stops resembling the smaller files on this site, because it splits three ways: 40 rows filed as the company’s own brands, 18 filed as White Label, and 2 filed as Inactive.

The other six own-brand rows forward, and every one of them forwards to family: playojo.co.uk, slotsmagic.co.uk, spingenie.co.uk, eucasino.co.uk, drueckglueck.co.uk and queenvegas.co.uk each hand the visitor to the same brand’s .com address. No own-brand site on this account passes you to a different casino.

Sixteen of the 18 White Label rows answered as trading casinos, and the remaining two forwarded – lunacasino.co.uk into lunacasino.com, and vegaswinner.co.uk into vegaswinner.com, a crossing odd enough to earn its own section below. The 2 Inactive rows are, for once, exactly what they claim: maskedsingergames.co.uk returns a bare web-server error and megaways.com will not complete a secure connection at all.

Totalled up, 50 of the 60 filed addresses have a working casino directly behind them, eight more reach one after a forward, and only the two Inactive rows reach nothing. On an account this size that is an unusually honest table – the register and the shopfronts very nearly agree about what exists.

Eighteen names that belong to partners

A White Label row records an arrangement rather than a fault: the brand on display is a partner’s property, while the business licensed to run the gambling behind it is Skill On Net Limited. The 16 partner casinos that answered on 12 August 2026 were gentingcasino.com, slingo.com, swiftcasino.com, metalcasino.com, winlandia.co.uk, playjango.com, geckoplay.co.uk, playtoro.com, slotstars.com, casinoandfriends.co.uk, clemensspillehal.com, knightslots.com, regencycasino.com, zebrawins.com, zingobingo.co.uk and lunacasino.com.

The clearest illustration of the arrangement is the biggest name on it. gentingcasino.com is filed on account 39326, yet its own footer states that casino operations are owned and managed exclusively by Genting Casinos UK Limited, an English company at Resorts World Birmingham – and that company holds a separate Commission account, 537, for its land casinos. The name on the sign, the company that owns the sign, and the company answerable for the gambling on this domain are three different facts, and only the register puts them together. Slingo.com behaves the same way with lighter branding: the format belongs to its partner, the homepage names no operator at all, and the operator on file is the same one behind PlayOJO.

The partner list also runs wider than a British reader might expect – clemensspillehal.com carries a Danish name, slotstars.com fronts its welcome offer in euros – and it turns over as partners come and go, which is the nature of a hosting business.

Fifty-two names against sixty domains

On most accounts the trading-name table is the domain table minus the endings. Here the two reconcile only once you chase every mismatch. Three trading names have no domain filed anywhere on the account: finlandiacasino, prime gaming and peter & sons – the last a curious entry, since the register offers no address for it and the name itself never faces a British player. Two domains run the other way, filed with no matching trading name: jackpotstar.com and regencycasino.com, both of which trade anyway.

The single Inactive trading name, the masked singer, pairs with the dead maskedsingergames.co.uk domain – a licensed television name whose casino has gone dark in both columns at once. Every other name on the table, all 51 of them, reads Active.

One brand filed twice – Vegas Winner

Vegas Winner is the only name on this account that the register records under two different relationships at the same time. vegaswinner.com sits among the 40 own-brand rows. vegaswinner.co.uk sits among the 18 White Label rows. Open the second and it forwards into the first, so a player only ever sees one Vegas Winner – but on the file, the same shop is simultaneously the company’s own casino and a partner’s.

There is a milder cousin of the same pattern at Luna Casino, where both lunacasino.co.uk and lunacasino.com are filed as White Label and the .co.uk forwards into the .com. Neither case is visible from the storefronts. Both are visible in thirty seconds on the register, which is the reason this site reads status columns rather than homepages.

Three permissions on one licence number

Account 39326 stacks its permissions in three layers, each dated. Casino, Remote, has run since 1 November 2014. Gambling Software, Remote, was added on 11 March 2015 – and this is the line that makes SkillOnNet different in kind from most operators covered here, because it licenses the company to supply its platform and games to others, which is exactly what 18 White Label rows show it doing. Bingo, Remote, arrived on 14 February 2020, and the bingo rooms at PlayOJO and the whole of zingobingo.co.uk sit on it. All three lines read Active with no end date.

Just as telling is the permission that is not there. Nothing on this account covers betting – so the name is the only thing about royalbet.com that gestures at bookmaking, and no address filed on 39326 may lawfully take a wager on a football match. A company that wants sixty sites open has evidently still never wanted a sportsbook behind any of them.

What the fifty storefronts share

Reading the sites rather than the register shows one machine wearing fifty faces. The terms and conditions on PlayOJO, Turbonino, SlotsMagic and Prime Casino are the same document, stamped Last Updated 27 January 2026 and carrying the internal reference 8-UK-N, offered as a download on each – even while the address it lives at differs by brand, terms-conditions on one, terms-and-conditions on another. That document, not the homepage, is where some brands first admit who runs them: the Prime Casino front page never names its operator, and its sole homepage nod to the company behind it calls SkillOnNet an affiliation.

The same document sets out the money arrangements for the whole group: customer funds sit apart from company funds in a segregated players account at Barclays, described at the level the Commission calls medium protection, and every new customer is asked to acknowledge that during a first deposit. On fairness, the footers of at least three brands link one shared certificate – a PDF whose filename dates it 27 August 2019 – and PlayOJO’s fairness page names eCOGRA and iTechLabs as its testing houses. That certificate link was checked twice on 12 August 2026 and opened both times, returning a 131-kilobyte document; an invented filename fed to the same host returns a not-found error, so the link resolves to a real, if elderly, file rather than to a page that swallows anything.

Smaller tells repeat across the family. Support links route through son-direct.com, an address that answers nothing at its root and exists to pass players onward. The affiliate programme for the whole group runs at egamingonline.com under the name EGO. Some footers carry a version-and-month build stamp that quietly dates each shopfront – January 2025 on Genting Casino, January 2026 on Slingo and Prime Casino. And three addresses – turbonino.com, queenvegas.com and vegaswinner.com – serve browsers one identical page title, word for word, while two more say only Home Page, which is the sort of housekeeping a company running sixty websites visibly rations.

A zero counter and a £305,150 settlement

The actions page behind account 39326 reports nothing recorded against the business, and its counter shows 0. Four searches of the regulatory-actions register on 12 August 2026 – on skill on net, on the stem skill, on playojo and on the account number itself – each returned 0 actions found. Those five zeros are accurately reported and, on their own, badly misleading.

On 23 May 2023 the Commission announced that Skill On Net Limited would pay £305,150 after an investigation identified failures in social responsibility and in anti-money laundering controls, with 50 websites on the licence at the time. The whole sum went to socially responsible causes, which is the marker of a regulatory settlement rather than a fine. The announcement remains published and was last updated on 12 September 2023. The public statement that itemised the failings does not – the Commission removes public statements three years after issue, and this one’s three years ran out in May 2026 – so the detail of what went wrong is no longer available from the regulator, while the fact and size of the payment are.

What the surviving announcement does not record matters too: no licence condition added, no formal warning, no divestment and no costs order are mentioned in it. And one small oddity closes the file – in January 2025 somebody used the Freedom of Information Act to ask the Commission for a copy of this licence, and the answer was, in effect, that the whole thing already sits on the public register that this page reads.

One licensee for every complaint

Whichever of the 58 reachable casinos a player uses, owned or partnered, the deposit, the identity check, the complaint and the account closure are all handled by Skill On Net Limited, because the licence – not the branding – decides who answers to the Commission. On the partner brands that matters double: the company named on the sign, Genting most prominently, is not the company a British player’s gambling contract is with.
