Six trading names sit filed against the account, bingostars, casushi, fruitkings, peachy casino, peachy games and play sunny, every one of them Inactive, alongside six domains, also every one Inactive.
🔍 Why an empty brand list does not mean a dead licence
A licence staying switched on while nothing runs underneath it is not a loophole, it is simply how the record works: giving up a permission is a separate step, and nothing forces a company to take it on any fixed schedule once its brands have moved elsewhere. Dazzletag Entertainment Limited keeps its bingo, casino and software permissions in full while none of the six names once built on them still answer to it. The lesson for a player is practical rather than legal: checking a brand current status is the only safe habit, since an old sister-site list or a familiar-looking web address proves nothing about which company actually stands behind it this month.

All six names moved as one block onto Solaya Group Limited, a Gibraltar company whose licence began on 11 November 2025 and covers remote bingo, remote casino and the linked software running underneath both, from a head office at Suite 849 Europort, Europort Road, Gibraltar. Solaya carries eight domains rather than the original six, five Active, two under the White Label status and one Inactive, because the account also picked up a brand never seen on an old Dazzletag list.

- PlaySunny: Active on the current licensee, but as read on 8 August 2026 new signups are turned away while existing logins carry on unaffected
- FruitKings: Active on the current licensee, no further detail beyond that entry
- Peachy Games: Active on the current licensee, running casino and bingo together in one account
- BingoStars: Active on the current licensee, the group bingo-first name since Bingocams left the record entirely
- Zebra Bingo: White Label on the current licensee, Inactive on the previous one
- Jazzy Cat: White Label on the current licensee, absent from every older Dazzletag list
- Lucky Cat Games: sits on the current licensee too, but reads Inactive there, present on the licence and not currently running
Two further names sit outside that pattern entirely and deserve their own line rather than a spot in the roster above. Peachy Casino is filed as an Inactive trading name on the previous licensee alone, with no domain entered against either account, a different case from a brand that simply moved house. Bingocams, the name the company was originally built around, returns no result at all on the business search, not an Inactive entry, nothing filed whatsoever, a third state again, a name that has left the record completely rather than one still listed as dormant, and the two are worth keeping apart rather than treated as the same thing.
📍 Two Gibraltar addresses, one company
The footers on the live brand sites give the current licensee a filing address at Finsbury House, 32 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar. The head office line the public record itself prints for the same company reads differently again, Suite 849 Europort, Europort Road, though both sit inside the same GX11 1AA postcode. It is routine for a Gibraltar business to keep a filing address separate from its head office, but anyone comparing a footer against the public record directly should expect the two lines not to match word for word.
⚖ What the zero counters show, and the Greentube question
Both companies come back clean on the actions front: nothing recorded against the previous licensee, nothing against the current one, and the enforcement listings turn up no result for either business when this page was checked. Read that narrowly rather than as a certificate, a zero on an account counter means the file is empty for that account specifically on the day it was checked, not that a company has a spotless history everywhere else it may have operated.
That caveat matters here because of a claim made regularly outside this site: Dazzletag is often described elsewhere as a Greentube business within the wider Novomatic group. The public record does not back that up. It shows no shared account, no shared trading name and no shared head office between either Dazzletag or Solaya and any Greentube account, and Greentube own published list of subsidiaries names neither company. The corporate question is left exactly there, unresolved rather than denied outright, because the record simply has nothing linking them.
📌 Why Greentube gets a mention at all
- A separate, unrelated licensee, Greentube Alderney Limited, settled a case decided 9 January 2025: £1,000,000 paid in place of a fine, a further £22,113 divested, plus Commission costs and a public statement, after a review found money-laundering and social-responsibility failures running between September 2022 and June 2023, on the account trading as admiralcasino
- The same licensee carries an older case too, announced 2 December 2021, £685,000, for customer-interaction and money-laundering risk-assessment failures between December 2019 and November 2020, on admiralcasino.co.uk and bellfruitcasino.com, with no decision date ever published and the case no longer listed on either public file
- Neither case touches Dazzletag or Solaya directly, they belong to Greentube Alderney alone, and they are printed here purely to show how a zero on one account can sit alongside a real, dated enforcement history on a completely different one
The point of naming those two cases is not to imply anything about Dazzletag itself, it is to show exactly how little a clean-looking counter actually proves, on this account or on any other.
🚫 Self-exclusion across the move
GAMSTOP does not care which company happens to hold a licence this year: one signup blocks a player from every British-licensed site at once, this whole family of brands included, and nothing about the switch from Dazzletag to Solaya changes that cover in either direction. The one thing worth confirming directly is a self-exclusion set up with a specific brand before this move, since nothing guarantees it followed automatically from the old account onto the new one.
