The Dazzletag company file, start to finish – checked August 2026
The Dazzletag brands are Casushi, PlaySunny, FruitKings, Peachy Games, BingoStars and Zebra Bingo – and not one of them now sits on a Dazzletag licence. All six were listed against Solaya Group Limited, account 100050, when we read the register this month, alongside a newer name, Jazzy Cat. Dazzletag Entertainment Limited still holds account 39358 and its licence is still marked Active, but all six of its domains and all six of its trading names read Inactive, and neither company has a regulatory action recorded against it.
This page is the licence file for Dazzletag Entertainment Limited and for the account its brand list ended up on. Everything below is taken from the Gambling Commission public register, from the Commission news archive, or read on the live sites this month, and each claim says which.

A licence with nothing running on it
Account 39358 is the unusual case the register is bad at signalling. The licence summary looks entirely healthy: three remote activities, all Active, all showing Current, the oldest of them running since 1 November 2014. Click through to the domain list and there is nothing behind it. Six entries, six Inactive statuses, no exceptions. The trading name list is the same story – bingostars, casushi, fruitkings, peachy casino, peachy games and play sunny are all still printed, and all six are marked Inactive.
An Active licence with no live domains is not the same thing as a closed company, and the register does not claim it is. It records that a licensed operator is not currently offering gambling on any domain listed against that account. Nothing on the page explains why, and we are not going to guess at one. What it does mean in practice is that a player looking for the company behind these casinos in August 2026 will not find it by reading 39358 – the account that matters is the one the site footers name.
The names that moved and the names that did not
Search the business register for casushi, playsunny, bingostars, peachygames, fruitkings or zebrabingo and two results come back for each: Dazzletag Entertainment Limited and Solaya Group Limited. The domain appears on both accounts, Inactive on one and live on the other. Solaya was licensed on 11 November 2025 and its account carries the same six domains plus two more.
The additions are worth noting because neither appears anywhere on the older brand lists. Jazzy Cat, at jazzycat.com, carries the White Label status on 100050 and was serving a full casino when we opened it this month. Lucky Cat Games, at luckycatgames.com, is listed on 100050 as Inactive – present on the licence, not currently running. Zebra Bingo sits in a third position again: Inactive on 39358, White Label on 100050, and live when read.
Two names did not make the move at all. Peachy Casino survives only as an Inactive trading name on 39358, with no domain entry on either account. Bingocams, the brand the company was originally known for, no longer returns any result on the business register at all – not an Inactive entry, no entry. A domain that has left the register entirely is a different fact from one the register still lists as dormant, and it is worth keeping the two apart.
One more detail sits between the register and the sites. The footers we read give Solaya a registered office at Finsbury House, 32 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar. The head office the register prints for the same account is Suite 849 Europort, Europort Road. Both are Gibraltar addresses in the GX11 1AA postcode, and the difference between a registered office and a head office entry is routine, but if you are checking a licence against a footer, expect the two lines not to match word for word.

Nine rows, eight domains: Peachy Casino is a trading name with no domain entry on either account, which is why it appears in the roster but not in the domain counts above.
Sanctions on file – what the zero counters cover
Both accounts print the same line. Dazzletag 39358 and Solaya 100050 each report on their actions page that nothing at all stands recorded against the business, and a search of the regulatory actions register returns nothing for either name. That is a precise, limited statement: it says the register records no action against those two accounts. It does not certify anything about the wider company, and it is not a history – the counter tracks actions recorded against a currently licensed account, so penalties can and do exist that never reach it.
The reason that caveat matters here is Greentube. Dazzletag is regularly described elsewhere as a Greentube company within the Novomatic group. The register does not record that link – it gives no shared account, trading name or head office between 39358, 100050 and any Greentube account – and Greentube’s own published list of subsidiaries names neither Dazzletag Entertainment Limited nor Solaya Group Limited. We state the register position and leave the corporate question there. But because the claim is common, the Greentube record is worth setting out plainly, and it is its own instructive case.
The register entry reads as follows.
- Greentube Alderney Limited, account 39050 – decision date 9 January 2025. A settlement of £1,000,000 handed over in place of a fine, £22,113 divested, Commission costs and a public statement. A section 116 review followed a compliance assessment and found breaches of paragraph 3 of licence condition 12.1.1, money laundering policies and controls, between September 2022 and June 2023, and of paragraphs 1 and 8 of social responsibility code provision 3.4.3, remote customer interaction, between December 2022 and June 2023. The account trades as admiralcasino.
The older case below was announced by the Commission and has since dropped off both registers.
- Announced 2 December 2021 – the same licensee – £685,000. The Commission reported failures to interact with customers in a way that minimises the risk of gambling harm and to carry out adequate money laundering risk assessments, over a period running from December 2019 to November 2020, on admiralcasino.co.uk and bellfruitcasino.com. The money was not the only outcome: the licensee was also put through extensive independent auditing of the failures. No decision date for it appears on the regulatory actions register, and it is not among the actions listed on the account.
So the counter on 39050 reads one while two penalties have been announced against that licensee, and the counters on 39358 and 100050 read zero on accounts that carry every brand on this page. Neither number is a verdict. The date to quote from the 2025 case is the decision date of 9 January 2025, which the Commission happened to announce the same day; the date to quote for the earlier case is an announcement date, because no decision date was ever published on a register.
