💼 Ten casino brands, one UK account
Two remote permissions sit on the file - casino play, running since November 2014, and real-event betting, added in October 2018, which is what gives Quickbet its sportsbook and puts a sports tab on several sibling menus. Both share a single licence number and both show as Current. Off the British file, the site footers print two further credentials, a Malta Gaming Authority licence and a Swedish licence. A Maltese company number is also printed in the site terms. The head office on the public file and the address the sites print in their footers name the same building in Mosta. The two do not always agree, and here they do.

Seven currently take new players: All British Casino, CasinoCasino (filed twice, once bare and once with a www prefix, both rows Active for the same lobby), Hyper Casino, Pub Casino, Quickbet, Fun Casino and Yeti Casino. Two more, Race Casino and No Bonus Casino, still load and still carry an Active row, but the sign-up route on each returns only a closure notice dated 1 June 2026. The eleventh address, Yako Casino, is the one Inactive row on the account - its page stays up mainly to point visitors toward the brands still trading.

👋 Three closures, three different farewells
Three brands on this account have announced a closing, and each notice reads differently. Yako Casino went first: a notice still on its page says the casino closed on 30 September 2025 to focus on other operations, and points leavers toward All British Casino for cashback, Quickbet for sport and Pub Casino for promotions. No Bonus Casino posted an English notice for 1 June 2026 with its own trio - All British Casino for cashback, Quickbet for sport, Fun Casino for promotions - and ten weeks after that date the site was still online, cashback banner included, but sign-up returned only the notice again. Race Casino carries the same 1 June 2026 date, but only in Swedish: the message points to Fun Casino, CasinoCasino and Hyper Casino, and invites anyone with a leftover balance to contact support directly. No English version of that notice existed anywhere on the page when it was read, and the games pages still loaded that day even though sign-up did not work. What existing customers can still do after logging in at either closed brand is not visible from outside.
⚖ An empty file in Britain, two fines from Sweden
On 13 August 2026 a Gambling Commission search of the public enforcement record came back empty for this account. One search on one day says nothing about conduct either way. The Swedish regulator, Spelinspektionen, has issued two decisions against the company.
📊 Spelinspektionen, twice
- Spelinspektionen opened its first case on 20 April 2020: a warning paired with a SEK 600,000 sanction charge, equal to roughly £49,000 on the day. The root cause sat in a nine-day stretch that spring, 28 April to 6 May 2019, when a number of self-excluded players found they could still place bets while bank-ID verification was being changed. Every account touched was refunded, and the case now stands closed as final.
- A wider review of six Swedish-facing sites found missing player information - contact details, licence and supervisory particulars, risk warnings - to varying degrees. The regulator answered on 19 January 2026 with a written remark and set a fine of SEK 80,000, near £6,500, and the company corrected the pages once notified.
⚙ One platform, the same house rules everywhere
Every live casino on the account runs the same platform, and the group terms carry real weight: six of the sites read on 13 August 2026 served a General Terms document stamped Version 2.1, dated 2 April 2026, with only the brand name swapped in. Race Casino is the outlier - its terms still read Version 2, dated 14 June 2022, four years older than the document its siblings share. Customer funds sit in a segregated bank account, kept apart from company money under those terms - no Commission protection-rating label attaches to that arrangement in the version read. Support email stays on-brand everywhere, running through an address on each casino domain rather than a shared inbox. Whichever casino a complaint starts at, the company on the other end is the same Maltese licensee in Mosta.
❌ What sits outside this licence
The account read shows no bingo permission, no gambling-software licence and no lottery entry anywhere on the file, and no premises of any kind - everything L&L Europe runs under this licence happens online. Pub Casino states its own licence number directly in its homepage copy, aimed at players rather than regulators; the number itself covers exactly two things, remote casino play and real-event betting. The about-us page on All British Casino names all three regulators in one place - Britain, Malta and Sweden.
🔎 Two names that are not related to this account
Searching for the word hyper on the public file returns two companies: this one, for Hyper Casino, and Jumpman Gaming Limited on a separate account, for Hyper Slots. The two brands are one keyboard slip apart in their web addresses and share nothing beyond that. The word british returns a more mixed set - fourteen results, most of them charity lotteries, plus Jumpman again with Win British. Win British is not All British Casino, and nothing connects the two beyond the flag in the name. Narrower searches behave as expected: each of the other brand names on this account returns this file alone.
