The Entain sister sites on the British register are Ladbrokes, Gala Spins, Coral, Foxy Games, bwin, Gala Bingo, Party Poker, Sportingbet, Foxy Bingo, Gamebookers, Party Casino and Gala Casino – thirteen Active domains filed by LC International Limited on UKGC account 54743, run from Gibraltar under one licence dated 1 July 2019. The betting shops are not on that account at all: they sit with Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Limited on account 1611, a separate licensee registered in London. Neither account carries a recorded regulatory action, and both have been named in settlements.

Four accounts, one group
Almost every guide to this operator treats it as a single entity. The register does not. Search the business register for either high street name and three separate accounts come back, and only one of them holds a website. A fourth exists and answers to neither of those searches.
Account 54743, LC International Limited, is the online business. Fifteen domain names, thirteen of them Active, sixteen trading names, no premises whatsoever. Everything a British player opens in a browser sits here.
Account 1611, Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Limited, is the opposite shape: no domain names whatsoever, three trading names, and 2,683 premises. Two of its trading names are Active, coral and ladbrokes, which is why searching the register for either brand returns this account as well as the online one. It is worth being precise about that premises figure – it counts the estate behind both retail names together, so it is not a count of Coral shops and it is not a count of Ladbrokes shops.
The permissions tell you which came first. The remote bingo and casino permissions on the retail account have been Active since 1 November 2014, and its non-remote betting and pool betting since 1 January 2009, where every permission on the online account dates from 1 July 2019. The 2019 date describes the current licensing arrangement rather than the age of anything on it.
A third account carries the group name and muddies any search on it: Ladbrokes Coral Trust, account 4712. It carries two trading names, both Inactive – Coral Charitable Trust and Ladbrokes Charitable Trust – against a single non-remote Society Lottery licence numbered 004712-N-307928-009, which the register now shows as Surrendered. It ran for fifteen years, opening on 31 March 2010 and closing on 10 April 2025.
The register does not stop at three, and the fourth account only surfaces if you already know to look for it. Neither high street name finds it. Neither does any brand on the domain list. The term that turns it up is the group name itself, and typing entain into the business register produces exactly one result.
Entain Operations Limited holds account 57408, filed at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites in Gibraltar, which is the address 54743 gives as well. Past the address the two files could hardly look less alike. Where the online account carries sixteen trading names and fifteen domains, this one carries neither, along with no premises and nothing on its actions page. Open all three of its tables and each returns no rows at all, under a line saying that no records exist for the business.
What the file does contain is one licence number, 057408-R-333167-003, carrying five permissions. All five are remote and all five have been Active since 2 February 2021. They are set out at the foot of the permission table below, beside the other two licence-holding accounts. Four of the five are permissions to supply rather than to sell. A host permission covers running the betting or the bingo that appears under another brand name, and a software permission covers building the thing it runs on. Only the casino permission reads like an ordinary consumer licence.
That is the whole reason the file reads as empty. An account whose permissions are all about supply has no player to point a brand at, so there is no trading name to register and no address for a browser to open. Of the four registered names in this group, this is the one that carries the word Entain, which is a fair summary of the arrangement. The customer-facing licences are named after the brands people recognise, and the account named after the group sits behind them holding the machinery.

Two trading names have no domain of their own: gala and gala coral, both Active. That makes Gala the most heavily recorded name on the file, appearing five times in the trading-names table against three domains. Fourteen trading names are Active and two Inactive, which reconciles against the counter of sixteen.
One outside confirmation is worth logging. When the Commission announced the 2022 settlement it described LC International as running 13 websites. Four years later the register still shows thirteen Active domains. The shape of this account has held.

The five rows at the foot of the table are the platform account, and not one of them corresponds to anything a player can open. The ancillary remote permission is the unusual one. It authorises gaming by remote equipment sited entirely within a single set of premises – the machine on the shop floor rather than the phone in the pocket – and it is the only row in the table that belongs cleanly to neither the website nor the counter.
Thirteen live domains under one Gibraltar account
This account is the opposite of a white-label ledger: every domain on it is a shopfront the operator runs itself, with no third-party brands filed behind it. Two of the fifteen filed domains have nonetheless stopped behaving like domains. Type galaspins.com and you arrive at galabingo.com; type foxygames.com and you arrive at foxybingo.com. Both remain separately Active on the register, but on the live web they have become wings of a parent house rather than houses of their own. Gala Casino has not gone the same way, and galacasino.com still answers on its own address. It is the neatest illustration this file offers of why a domain count and a brand count are different numbers.

Where self-exclusion reaches
The Commission licenses the company, not the logo, and that is the most useful single fact on this whole file. Thirteen Active domains answer to one licensee, so an arrangement made with LC International is an arrangement made with the company standing behind all thirteen – not with the brand on the banner.
What that means in practice is not theoretical, because the Commission put a worked example of the failure into the 2022 settlement. One online customer was blocked at Coral after spending £60,000 in twelve months and failing to provide evidence of source of funds. That same customer was then able to open a Ladbrokes account straight away, and put £30,000 through it inside one day. Two brands, one licensee, and the restriction did not travel between them. The Commission recorded permitting customers under enquiry or restriction to open accounts with the same licensee other brands as a social responsibility failure, and the added licence conditions that followed are set out below.
The shops are a separate question, because they are a separate company. Anything agreed with LC International concerns the websites on account 54743; the premises sit with Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Limited on account 1611. A national scheme such as the one covering remote operators works across every licensed remote business in Britain rather than across this account specifically, so it is not a feature of this licence structure and should not be described as one.
Names that have stopped trading
Four entries across these files are recorded but not in service, and several of them still appear as live entries in older sister-site listings.

- www.partysports.com – Inactive on 54743, with party sports Inactive alongside it. The other two Party domains are unaffected and still Active.
- spin powered by ladbrokes – an Inactive trading name on the retail account 1611, with no domain attached to it at any point on that file.
- Ladbrokes Coral Trust, account 4712 – the Society Lottery licence Surrendered, having run to 10 April 2025.
Inactive is a status, not a deletion. These rows stay on the file as record, which is exactly why a domain that no longer resolves can still be counted in a register total. The platform account has nothing whatsoever to show here, live or dormant, because it never filed a name or an address in the first place.
Sanctions on file – two settlements, neither of them listed
Read 9 August 2026: the regulatory actions counter reads zero on 54743 and zero on 1611, while the regulatory actions register itself lists nothing under ladbrokes, nothing under LC International and nothing under coral. The group has been named in two announced settlements totalling £22.9m. Neither appears anywhere on either account file.

The 2019 investigation covered November 2014 to October 2017 and found failings that continued through the merger. Among the examples the Commission published: a customer whose losses reached £98,000 across thirty months, who had 460 attempted deposits declined, and who had asked to stop receiving promotions, with no social responsibility interaction from Ladbrokes at all; a Coral customer who staked £1.5m over two years and ten months without being asked to evidence source of funds, who logged in an average of ten times a day for a month and lost £64,000 in a single month; and a Ladbrokes customer who deposited over £140,000 in the first four months of holding an account.
The 2022 case ran across both sides of the business. On the online side the Commission recorded one customer depositing £742,000 in fourteen months without adequate source of funds checking, another known to live in social housing depositing £186,000 in six months, and a third depositing £524,501 between December 2019 and October 2020 before the account was closed for failing to supply evidence. In the shops it recorded a customer staking £29,372 and losing £11,345 in a single month without being escalated for review, and another staking £168,000 on shop terminals across eight months before due diligence was carried out.
Two more from the same file matter less for the size of the sums than for how thin the contact was. The Commission found a single chat interaction with an online customer who gambled for extended periods overnight across an eighteen-month window in which they deposited £230,845. It found the operator resting its understanding of one customer source of wealth on open-source searches while £140,700 went in between December 2019 and October 2020. On the retail side one shop customer was never escalated despite being known as a delivery driver who had lost £17,000 in a year, and another went unescalated after staking £173,285 and losing £27,753 across that same year.
One number in that announcement has since moved. The Commission described the retail licensee as running 2,746 gambling premises in August 2022. The premises counter on account 1611 reads 2,683 today. Both figures are printed here because they are four years apart and neither supersedes the other as a record of its own date.
None of this appears against either account. The actions dataset lists what is currently recorded against accounts that currently hold a licence, so an empty page describes the state of the register rather than the conduct of the operator. Neither settlement was a fine in the strict sense either – the 2019 money was paid in lieu of a penalty and by divestment, and the 2022 money went to socially responsible purposes under a settlement, so neither was a payment to the Commission.
For a reader choosing between these brands the practical reading is short. The product differs – navigation, loyalty, offers, and in the case of the two high street names very little else – but the company you are contracting with does not. One licensee stands behind every website named on this page, a second and separate licensee stands behind the shops, and the register is the only place that tells you which of the two you are dealing with.
