Two different numbers get confused here. The one most footers quote is the account figure; the licence itself is a longer, separate string, and treating the two as interchangeable, as several guides have done, is simply wrong. Names cause a smaller version of the same trap: a plain search for Eaton on the same site returns two unrelated organisations alongside the real one, a Hartlepool amusements business and a licensing council, neither of them connected to this operator in any way.
🔍 Seven addresses, three real casinos
All seven entries on the file carry an Active status, which only confirms the company is permitted to use each address, not that a real site sits behind it. kwiff.com opens the sportsbook, with a link through to its own casino. grpcasino.com and slotsking.com each open directly into their own casino. A fourth address, casino.kwiff.com, is where kwiffcasino.com actually lands after a redirect, and that fourth address plays no part in the official seven. kwiff.co.uk answers with nothing at all, no closed-down notice, just an address nobody has ever built anything on. The last two entries point to app listings for the kwiff betting app on Apple and Google stores rather than to any casino.
Counted honestly, that is three working casinos, one redirect, one dead address and two app listings, not seven casinos. Anyone counting all seven as separate sites is describing an operator roughly twice its real size.

Lined up by date, the four permissions tell a simple story: bookmaker first, a casino bolted on nine months later, and betting on simulated events not arriving until more than six years after that. GRP Casino and SlotsKing sit outside the betting permissions entirely, which is the actual, licence-level reason neither can take a sports wager, not a product decision either brand made. Nothing on the file allows for premises, bingo or a lottery, and a remote licence of this shape would not permit any of the three regardless.
⚠ The sanction the account page does not show
This account own summary page on the Gambling Commission site states its regulatory-actions counter as zero. A fuller, separate part of the same site tells a different story: on 8 December 2022, following an operating licence review, the company took a formal warning under the Gambling Act 2005, accepted a new condition tying it to an outside audit inside a year with results due back within five working days, and paid a penalty of £480,305. Investigators pointed to weak spots in the checks meant to catch money laundering, and in how the operator dealt with players who were showing warning signs of harm. The finding sits against the licence as a whole rather than any single brand, so kwiff, GRP Casino and SlotsKing carry it equally. Two pages on the same site disagree, and the fuller one is the one to trust.
🎯 Three brands, one company
kwiff is the sportsbook of the group, its casino riding alongside a Supercharge odds boost, and the only brand of the three actually using the betting permissions on the file. GRP Casino is casino only, themed around a gold rush, claiming more than four thousand games and running two jackpot meters on its lobby. SlotsKing is casino only too, the newest and quietest of the three, opening straight into a games lobby with no separate homepage and no welcome offer visible on the day it was checked.
👤 Who actually runs it
The same operator sentence sits in the footer of all three brands. Kwiff Limited, incorporated in Msida, is credited with running the day-to-day operation and is described as an agent working under an umbrella arrangement, while the parent sitting above it, Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, is the party the British regulator actually licenses. Spryme Limited turns up separately, credited only in the copyright line on two of the three sites, and it does not feature in the licence file at all.
None of the three brands hosts its own terms and conditions; the link at the foot of each leads to a shared address that is not itself on the licence. On 12 August 2026 that address returned the same server error on every path tested, including one that was deliberately invented and could not possibly exist, which is what confirmed the whole site was down rather than one page going missing. It was working again by 13 August 2026, serving the full document.
