Two accounts, one company – checked 13 August 2026
Wink Slots, King Jackpot, Jackpot Liner, Health Games, Casino of Dreams and Lucky247 are the Broadway Gaming sites this register covers, and they sit on two separate licences. Broadway Gaming Limited holds account 39075 at the UK Gambling Commission – the body which licenses every gambling company serving Britain – a small file dating from 2014. Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited holds account 58267, a 158-domain file licensed in 2022. Both companies give the Commission the same Dublin building as their head office. Every permission on both accounts read Active on 13 August 2026, and the regulatory actions counter read zero on each – although the Commission announced a £100,000 penalty against the older company in December 2017, covered below.

The older account, 39075
Account 39075 has held its licence since 1 November 2014 and is permitted two things: remote bingo and remote casino. Its domain table is short enough to print in full. www.butlersbingo.com, www.dottybingo.com, www.glossybingo.com, www.rosybingo.com and www.bingodiamond.com carry the bingo rooms; www.casinoofdreams.uk and www.lucky247.uk carry the casinos, both filed on .uk addresses rather than the .com most players would guess; and three entries hardly anyone has heard of complete the list – casinofantastico.co.uk, junglereels.com and fluffywins.com. Every one of the ten reads Active.
The counter above that table says 11. The table lists 10. Both numbers are printed here because the register prints both, and a reader who counts the rows gets a different answer from a reader who trusts the headline number.
Nine trading names sit on the account, holding two oddities of their own. casinofantastico.co.uk is filed as a trading name twice, in two identical rows. And two domains, junglereels.com and fluffywins.com, have no matching trading name anywhere on the file.
The 2022 account, 58267
Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited was licensed on 23 February 2022, and its file looks nothing like the older one. It carries 158 domains and not a single trading name. It also holds a permission the older account lacks: remote gambling software. That third permission is the platform business showing on the public record – on this account the company does not only run bingo rooms, it supplies the machinery behind them. Four of the six brands covered in this register file here: Wink Slots, King Jackpot, Jackpot Liner and Health Games.
The big bingo names sit on this file too – 888ladies.com, winkbingo.com, moonbingo.com, robinhoodbingo.com, costabingo.com, poshbingo.co.uk, buckybingo.co.uk and dozens more, alongside slots and casino entries such as winkslots.com, risecasino.com, xlcasino.com and vegasspins.com.
One register search puts the two companies in an odd light. Type broadway into the business search and three results come back, but the only matching domain, broadwaybingo.com, is filed under 888 UK Limited on account 39028. The company called Broadway holds no broadway-named web address; the company holding one is 888. Meanwhile 888ladies.com sits on the Broadway Ireland file. The two portfolios read as if each had lent the other a name.
158 domains, sorted by status
Sorted by status, the 58267 table reads 70 Inactive, 14 White Label and 74 Active. The Inactive column is nearly as long as the Active one, and it reads like a museum of bingo branding – onceuponabingo.com, queenbeebingo.com, sinstreetbingo.com, dinobingo.com, oinkbingo.com and some sixty more names that were filed, used and retired. One retired entry, 88ladies.com, is the flagship bingo name with an 8 missing, shelved alongside 88ladiesbingo.com.
The table also carries filings that repeat. 888ladies.com appears twice, once as a bare address and once with www in front, both marked Active. The winkbingo address goes further: the bare .com is Active, the www form ending in a slash is Active, the same www form without the slash is Inactive, and winkbingo.net is Inactive too – four filings, three spellings, two statuses, one bingo room. A domain table records filings rather than websites, and nowhere on the register is that clearer.
A run of paired addresses shows a tidying pattern: bingohollywood.com, loonybingo.com and tiptopbingo.com all sit Active while their .co.uk twins sit Inactive, vegasspins.com is Active with vegasspins.co.uk retired, and cupcakebingo and fruityvegas are retired in both spellings.

The White Label side of 58267
Fourteen entries in the 58267 table are marked White Label rather than Active. On a filing of that kind the name above the games belongs to a partner, while the company answerable to the Commission is the account holder. The fourteen are atthebingo.com, bjsbingo.co.uk, britbingo.com, dazzlebingo.com, game-nation.co.uk, healthgames.co.uk, katiesbingo.com, lazerlightbingo.com, majesticbingo.com, prizelandbingo.com, quizingo.co.uk, safaribingo.com, theslotsisland.com and zoesbingo.com.
Health Games is the one with its own page in this register, and it shows why the distinction matters: it earns its place as a Broadway site because Broadway operates it, not because Broadway owns the name.
Seven addresses opened on 13 August 2026
Seven of the 168 rows the two domain tables list were opened for this page. The rest were not, and nothing is claimed about them. On the older account, www.butlersbingo.com, www.casinoofdreams.uk and www.lucky247.uk all answered under their own names. The two casinos share one design down to the menu – Slots, Rewards, Promos – and all three sites share one registration page. On 13 August 2026 that page put its form up every time: date of birth first, then email, name, phone number, nationality and a postcode lookup, arranged in three labelled stages.
The younger account is built differently. winkslots.com answered as a full site, and www.healthgames.co.uk answered as one too, though only with the www in front – the bare address returned no page at all. kingjackpot.co.uk and jackpotliner.co.uk each answered with a single screen: a join button, a login button and the small print of an offer, with everything else kept inside an application the sites call the client. On all four, joining hands over to that client, and what its registration screen asks for is not visible from outside. No claim is made that sign-up on those four works or fails; the three older-account forms were seen working, and that is the whole of what was seen.
What the offers said on 13 August 2026
Offers rotate, so these are dated readings rather than standing promises. On the older account, the Butlers Bingo welcome page offered a 100 per cent bingo bonus of up to £100 against a £10 deposit – bingo-only play, a three-times bingo and ten-times casino play-through, debit cards only, and a 48-hour window after registration.
On the younger account the small print repeats across sites. King Jackpot and Jackpot Liner print the same offer word for word: minimum deposit £10, a 50 per cent games bonus capped at £100, ten-times wagering, five-day expiry. Wink Slots runs identical terms behind a code, GAME50. Health Games swaps the structure for spins – fifty of them on a game called Irish Luck under the code LUCKY1ST, each spin worth 25p, winnings capped at £5 and paid as a games bonus carrying the same ten-times wagering. Three sites printing one bonus text, and a fourth on the same template with different numbers, is shared plumbing on open display.
Product menus differ more than the bonus terms do. Wink Slots hangs its pages off six menu items – Home, Slots, Scratchcards, Slingo, Promotions and Blog – while Health Games leads with Games, Bingo and Offers plus a page called Our story. The two casinos on the older account run the same three-item menu, Slots, Rewards and Promos, identically placed on both.
What the site footers say
The bottom of each site names a licensee, and the two account families do it differently. The Butlers Bingo, Casino of Dreams and Lucky247 footers name Broadway Gaming Limited with account 39075, link straight to the account page on the register, and then print a registered address the register never mentions: PO Box 227, Peveril Buildings, Peveril Square, Douglas, IM99 1RZ, Isle of Man. The head office filed with the Commission is a Dublin building; the company address printed on the sites is a post office box on the Isle of Man. Both are recorded here, dated, with no view taken on why.
The Wink Slots and Health Games footers name Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, describe it as incorporated in the Republic of Ireland, cite account 58267 and sign off as the Broadway Gaming Group, with a copyright line running from 2010 to 2026 – eight years longer than the account has existed, which is the group history showing through the newer paperwork. Their register links hold a small oddity too: they point at the domain list for the account rather than the account overview.
Which company answers for which site
The two-account split decides who a player is actually dealing with. Anyone at Butlers Bingo, Casino of Dreams or Lucky247 holds their account with Broadway Gaming Limited, and anything raised about those sites traces back to file 39075. Anyone at Wink Slots, King Jackpot, Jackpot Liner, Health Games or the wider bingo roster is a customer of Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited on file 58267. The group branding at the foot of the pages looks the same; the legal counterparty is not. The two files share one Dublin head office, but the register treats them as separate businesses throughout, and the licensee a footer names is the one answerable for that site.
A £100,000 announcement the counters do not carry
The regulatory actions page on both accounts records nothing, and both counters read zero. Five searches of the regulatory actions register were run for this page on 13 August 2026 – on broadway, on wink, on casino of dreams, and on the account numbers 39075 and 58267 – and every one returned zero.
The news archive is where the history sits. On 5 December 2017 the Commission announced that Broadway Gaming Ltd would pay a £100,000 penalty package for failing to attach significant terms to promotional adverts on five of its websites. The case began in June 2016, when the Advertising Standards Authority upheld a complaint about a Butlers Bingo advert offering “Deposit £10. Play £35”; the Commission then found the same failing at Dotty Bingo, Bingo Diamond, Rehab Bingo and Casino of Dreams. Four of the five names still trade on account 39075 today. The fifth, Rehab Bingo, appears nowhere on either file in 2026.
The public statement that itemised the case has expired – the Commission keeps them online for three years – so the announcement, last updated in March 2021, is now the fullest account still published. It records the penalty and the advertising code breach; whatever detail the statement held beyond that is no longer available to read. The 2022 company, licensed more than four years after the case, has no announcement of any kind against it, and none was found in the searches above.
