🔑 The whole company file in one place

The Gambling Commission publishes one account for this operator, and everything a player can check about the group starts there.

Remote on each of those four lines means the product is played on a screen rather than in a building, which is why the premises row is empty. The empty row that really matters is trading names. Most licences use that row to record the words a group may trade under; this one leaves it blank and puts every brand in the web-address table instead.

🔢 Thirteen addresses, split three ways

Most accounts mark an address either live or finished. This one uses a third marking, and it covers the majority of the table.

Nine of the thirteen carry a name the licensee does not own, and that is the whole of what White Label means. It puts no second company between a player and the deposit. All four sites opened on 7 August 2026 print Gamesys Operations Limited as the operator regardless of the marking, so a complaint about any of them travels to the same Gibraltar business. Hasbro sits behind one address, Barcrest Group Limited behind another and the Virgin group behind a third, each lending a name or a theme rather than running anything.

👥 Seven brand names, and where each one sits

Anybody counting brands rather than counting entries will land on a very different number from the one the account gives, and the gap is entirely down to Rainbow Riches taking more than half the table by itself.

🌐 The licensing block that names three countries

All four sites opened print an unusually long licensing paragraph, and they print it identically. It gives Gamesys Operations Limited at the Waterport Place office; licensing in Great Britain by the British regulator; licensing at home by the Government of Gibraltar, supervised by its own gambling commissioner; and licensing in Ireland by the Office of the Revenue Commissioners. Three regulators on one line is more than any operator covered on this site.

The four footers agree on everything except one detail. Jackpotjoy, MONOPOLY Casino and Rainbow Riches Casino each cite two Gibraltar licence references, while Double Bubble Bingo cites just one of the two.

The copyright line has moved. All four now close with an Intralot mark, after Intralot finished buying the international interactive side of the Bally business on 9 October 2025. None of that shows on the British side: the licensee, the account and the Gibraltar address recorded there are the same ones the live footers give. Ownership above changed and the regulated company did not.

🔍 A Virgin name that is not on this account

virginbet.com belongs to Virgin Bet Limited, a separate company with a separate account, its own trading name and its own permissions. Nothing connects it to the thirteen addresses above beyond four shared letters in a brand name, so a search result carrying the Virgin word is not automatically a sister site.

⚠ One penalty recorded, and one settlement that is not

The decision date is 22 November 2023 and the publication date is 10 January 2024. The penalty came to £6,071,292 in total, a figure that includes £165,042 of divested funds, and it arrived with a formal warning, an additional condition on the operating licence and a requirement for a third-party audit.

Four failings were found, all of them in the window from November 2021 to July 2022: the duty to stop money laundering and terrorist financing; the further duty that falls on an operator based outside Great Britain; the social responsibility code covering interaction with customers; and the guidance the regulator publishes for casinos on that subject. Published findings recorded people getting past anti-money-laundering triggers and putting large sums in unchecked, deposit limits that were too slow to identify harm, and responsible gambling contacts that offered new games where they should have offered help. The notice also records that the licensee co-operated, said corrections were already made, and that nothing among the customer accounts examined showed criminal money. The licence stayed in force and remains so.

🔒 What a shared platform does to limits and to blocks

Every brand above runs on one platform, and that has two consequences pulling in opposite directions. A deposit limit set at any one of them applies at all the others without being asked for twice. A self-exclusion does not: closing yourself out at one brand leaves the remaining names open, and each has to be handled on its own.

The wider block is the national self-exclusion scheme, which shuts every operator licensed for remote gambling in Britain in a single action. That reach comes from the scheme itself and applies to every British licence, so it is not a property of how this account happens to be arranged.

📅 What changed on the account, and when

The betting permission for real events arrived on 23 May 2016, more than eighteen months after the bingo and casino permissions started, so the account was a bingo and casino operation first and a bookmaker second. The virtual-events permission arrived much later still, on 29 August 2024, and is the most recent change of any kind on the file. And on 9 October 2025 the corporate owner above the licensee changed hands, without a single line of the British account changing with it.
