Two rows need a word of explanation.

The brand names row is empty because SuprPlay has filed none. Companies can register the names they trade under, and many do. This one has not. So Duelz, NY Spins, VoodooDreams and Los Vegas appear on the file as web addresses and nowhere else.

The Malta company number is not on the British file either. We took C-74595 from the terms published on the sites. If you want to look up the company itself rather than the licence, the register gives you no starting point.

One more thing about the licence reference, if you are the sort of person who checks. All four sites print theirs in the terms as 000-048695-R-327029-011. The register prints 048695-R-327029-012. Only the last three digits differ.

That ending moves each time a licence is varied, so the sites are quoting a slightly older version of their own permission than the regulator currently holds. It is untidy rather than alarming, and the company, the account and the permission itself all match. Worth knowing only so that you do not read those final digits as a warning sign. A difference anywhere earlier in the string would be one.

What opens at each of the four addresses

Being listed on a licence means the company is allowed to use an address. It does not mean a working site sits behind it. We opened all four on 12 August 2026.

Four out of four. Nothing sent us to a different brand and nothing was dead. That is worth saying plainly, because four addresses on a licence do not usually give you four working casinos.

There is one small inconsistency in the listing. Three of the four are filed with www in front, and voodoodreams.com is filed without it. It makes no difference when you use them.

If you play at more than one, expect to start from scratch each time. Four registrations, four balances, four rounds of identity checks. The company behind them is the same, but your accounts are not connected.

The status column tells a story on many licences, because an address gets marked Inactive when a brand closes, and a large operator can be carrying dozens of them.

Here all four read Active and there are no Inactive entries at all. No brand has been opened and then shut under this licence since it started in 2017. Nine years, four names, none dropped. That is unusual, and it is the reverse of what you find on the bigger operators, where the closed brands often outnumber the live ones.

There is no sign of a name moving between licences either. When a brand changes hands you often see the same address filed on two accounts at once. Searching the register for these four brand names returns account 48695 and nothing else, apart from one near-miss covered further down.

The same rulebook, under four different names

Open the terms page on each of the four sites and you find the same document.

Its opening clause names the sites it covers. VoodooDreams comes first, then Duelz, then NYspins, with LosVegas.bet last, followed by any other address belonging to SuprPlay Limited. That list is identical on all four.

The documents are near enough identical in length too. Stripped of formatting, each runs to about 75,000 characters, and the longest and the shortest are 129 characters apart. It is one rulebook with the brand name changed.

One thing is not shared. Each brand has its own support address, in the form support-uk at that brand domain. A complaint about Duelz goes to Duelz, and a complaint about NY Spins goes to NY Spins. Four front desks, one set of rules behind them.

What the small print says about your money

Because the four share a rulebook, all of this applies wherever you play among them.

The protection level deserves a proper explanation, because the name frightens people for the wrong reason.

Not Protected does not mean the company spends your money. The terms say customer funds are kept separate from company funds and are not used to run the business. What it means is narrower. If the company failed, there is no arrangement guaranteeing you would get your balance back. You would join the queue of everyone else owed money.

The regulator asks every operator to state which of three levels it uses. This is the lowest of the three. It is also the most common choice across the industry, so it is not a mark against these four in particular. What matters is that it applies to all four at once, so spreading your money between them spreads it no wider.

The terms also list what changed at the last revision, which is more open than most operators bother to be. The latest one reworked the complaints and disputes section, tightened the wording on prohibited activity, and changed the customer support email address. If you have an old support address saved from a previous visit, it may no longer reach anybody.

Who owns these four

SuprPlay Limited holds the licence, but it does not sit at the top.

The terms describe SuprNation as a group of companies that includes SuprPlay. The Los Vegas footer puts it more plainly, dating the group it belongs to back to 2015. SuprNation was then bought outright. DoubleDown Interactive, a company listed on the Nasdaq stock market and better known for casino games played with pretend money, agreed the purchase in January 2023 and completed it on 31 October that year for around 36.5 million US dollars. The announcement described the business it was buying as licensed in Malta, Sweden, the Isle of Man and Great Britain, so the British licence is one of four national permissions the group holds.

So the chain runs like this. You play on a brand. The brand belongs to SuprPlay Limited in Malta. SuprPlay sits inside SuprNation. SuprNation is owned by a listed company in South Korea. Of those, only SuprPlay Limited answers to the British regulator.

Two details from that sale are worth keeping hold of. The announcement lists the brands bought as VoodooDreams, NYSpinz and Duelz. Los Vegas is not among them, so it is a mistake to date the Los Vegas brand from the takeover. And the buyer spelled it NYSpinz with a z, while the site, the register and the terms all use NYspins with an s.

Casino games only, and what that rules out

One permission sits on this licence: remote casino, running since 27 September 2017. There is no betting permission, no bingo permission and no lottery permission.

If you ever see a Los Vegas sportsbook, or a Duelz betting section, advertised to British players, it is not running on this licence. It would need a separate licence held by somebody else, or a change to this one that has not been made. The same goes for a bingo room under any of the four names.

There is no premises permission either, and a remote licence does not come with one. No shop or venue can trade under these names.

It also explains why the four feel so alike. There is only one product here. What changes between them is the theme, the rewards and the artwork.

How the four sites differ

They run on one platform, and it shows. The addresses follow the same pattern, the page names match, and the welcome offer was word for word the same on all four on the day we read them, down to 140 free spins on a first deposit of £25.

The game menus differ as well. VoodooDreams and NY Spins both carry live casino and table games alongside the slots, and both run a play-for-prizes section. Los Vegas keeps to a straight games list. Duelz builds its lobby around the duel itself.

One feature crosses between two of them. The VoodooDreams home page carries a Start Duel button, which is the Duelz mechanic turning up on another brand.

Choosing between them comes down to which theme and which rewards you prefer. The company, the rules, the protection level and the permission are the same in all four cases.

The welcome offer, and the part people miss

All four ran the same opening offer on 12 August 2026: up to 140 free spins on a first deposit of £25 or more, for new players in Great Britain only.

The number is the headline. The way it works is the part worth reading.

Those 140 spins do not arrive together. They come as 20 spins a day across seven days in a row, on games the operator picks. You have to claim each day yourself, through a pop-up on the site, and any day you do not claim, that day of spins expires. Miss three days and you have had 80 spins, not 140.

So the plain version of the headline is 20 free spins, seven times over, if you log in seven days running. There is nothing hidden about it and the terms set it out clearly. But it is a different proposition from 140 spins landing in your account on day one, and the big number is the one people remember.

Names that catch people out

There are two traps here and both are easy to fall into.

The first is the word Vegas. Los Vegas has no connection to Leo Vegas or to Lucky Vegas. Those are different companies on different licences. Sharing a word with a city in Nevada creates no link whatsoever, and plenty of sister-site lists are built on exactly that assumption.

The second is closer to home. Search the register for nyspins and Jumpman Gaming Limited comes up as well, on account 39175. There is no NY Spins on that account. What is there is newspins.co.uk, one letter apart, sitting among more than two hundred addresses on an unrelated licence. It is filed there as a white label, which means a partner puts its own name on the site while the account holder carries the responsibility to the regulator.

NY Spins and New Spins are two different casinos, on two different licences, run by two different companies. If you are checking who stands behind a brand, go by the account number and not by the name.

Fines, warnings, and how far back the record goes

Nothing is recorded against SuprPlay Limited. The actions page for account 48695 says so, and the counter on the summary page shows zero.

We also searched the separate register the Commission keeps of actions against licensees, nine different ways: suprplay, suprplay limited, supr, suprnation, los vegas, duelz, voodoo, nyspins and the account number itself. Nothing came back on any of them. Nothing turned up in the Commission enforcement news either.

There is a catch, though, and it matters more than the zero does.

That register is not a complete history. It holds 129 entries and the oldest is dated 20 September 2023. Anything older than that has dropped off it.

SuprPlay has been licensed since 2017. So those nine searches cover the most recent three years of a nine-year licence, and the six years before that are not in the source that everybody checks, ourselves included.

None of this is a reason to worry about this operator. It is a reason to be careful about the words. What we can tell you is that nothing is recorded and nothing was found. What nobody can tell you from this register alone is what happened before September 2023.

What the licence does not tell you

A register entry leaves out a great deal. Four gaps here are worth knowing about.

There is no company number, so the British file gives you no way to trace SuprPlay Limited as a business rather than as a licence.

There is no ownership. Neither SuprNation nor DoubleDown Interactive appears anywhere on account 48695. A takeover can change who profits from a site without changing a word on the register.

There are no launch dates. The licence starts in 2017 and the addresses carry no dates of their own, so the file cannot tell you which brand came first or when Los Vegas arrived.

And there is nothing about the games. Remote casino covers slots, tables and live dealer alike, so the file will not tell you which of the four offers what.
