📋 The company behind all four
SuprPlay Limited is the company on the licence, headquartered at Palazzo Villa Rosa, Triq in-Nemes, Swieqi, Malta, permitted for remote casino only, a status running continuously since 27 September 2017 with no end date attached. It holds a Gambling Commission licence and nothing further; no betting, no bingo, no lottery permission sits alongside it.
📌 SuprPlay, what the file actually shows
- The four brand addresses are all live and marked Active, and none has dropped out since it opened
- Casino play is the only permission on this account, based in Malta and running since 2017
- There is no trading name against any of the four, on file as addresses only
- No premises are attached and no penalty sits on the account
- Every one of the four keeps to the same lowest tier of balance protection
Two versions of the licence reference exist and neither matches the other exactly: the string the sites print in their own terms and the one on the file itself part ways only at the very end, while the company, the account and the permission underneath both readings are the same. Both stay on record; neither is singled out as wrong.
📜 One rulebook, four names on it
Open the terms on any of the four sites and the opening clause names all four addresses together, an operator writing out its own family in its own small print. Stripped down, the four documents run to close to the same length, within a couple of hundred characters of each other, essentially one policy wearing four different headers. Only the support inbox is not shared: each brand answers its own complaints through its own address rather than routing everything through one desk.
💵 What the terms say about your money
Because the four run on one rulebook, this section applies wherever you play among them.
💳 Terms, in short
- Players must be eighteen, confirmed at signup and checked again afterward
- Balances sit at the tier the regulator labels Not Protected, the lowest of three
- An account is marked inactive after twelve months and dormant after thirty
- Stake caps apply to online slots for players based in the United Kingdom
- A complaint escalates from frontline support to a review handled away from it
Not Protected reads worse than it is. It does not mean customer money funds the business: the terms state deposits are kept apart from company funds. What it actually means is narrower, that no scheme guarantees your balance back if the company failed, so you would join everyone else owed money rather than being paid out first. It is also the most common of the three tiers across the industry, not a mark against these four specifically, and since it applies to all four alike, spreading a bankroll between them spreads no more of it.
🔁 Bought once, in 2023, above every brand
Two ownership layers sit above SuprPlay Limited. The nearer one, a group called SuprNation, is named only once in the source material itself, a 2015 date stamped into the Los Vegas site footer. That group changed hands in full during 2023, bought by DoubleDown Interactive, a company on the Nasdaq exchange whose own titles run on play money instead of real stakes. The agreement was struck early that year and completed on 31 October, at a price reported near 36.5 million US dollars. The buyer publicly credited three of the four brands with the purchase: Duelz, NY Spins and VoodooDreams. Los Vegas went unmentioned, which is the basis for treating it here as the brand that joined afterward. Beyond Britain, the same buyer holds gambling permissions in Malta, Sweden and the Isle of Man.
So the chain runs from a Nasdaq-listed company, down through SuprNation, to SuprPlay Limited, and then to the four addresses players actually use. Nothing about the layers above SuprPlay Limited appears anywhere on its own account file.
🎲 Casino only, and what that rules out
One permission sits on this licence, remote casino, running since 27 September 2017. There is no sports betting permission, no bingo permission, no lottery permission and no premises permission attached to it. A sportsbook or a bingo room advertised under any of the four names to a British player would need a licence someone else holds, or a change to this one that has not happened. It also explains why the four feel so alike behind the branding: there is only one product on offer, and what changes between them is presentation, not the underlying permission.
🎮 Four skins, one platform
Behind the four wrappers sits one shared build, and each brand leans a different way. Los Vegas keeps closest to the bare platform: a games list, promotions and a help section, with none of the levels, tournaments or points systems the other three carry, and it is also the address that joined the family most recently. Duelz reshapes the session itself into a head-to-head contest, is the only one of the four with a switch for site language, and lists a slot named directly after the brand. VoodooDreams carries the heaviest build of the four: levels that climb the more you play, a calendar of tournaments, its own prize draws, live dealer tables and a war mode with a rulebook attached. NY Spins swaps all of that for a rewards marketplace, turning staked money into points that unlock prizes as you go, a structure none of the other three run.
🔍 Names that prove nothing, and the record behind the zero
Los Vegas shares its name with several unconnected casinos built around the same city, none of them tied to this account in any way; the word alone proves nothing, only the account behind a site does that. NY Spins carries a sharper version of the same trap: a brand called New Spins, one letter removed, sits on an entirely different operator called Jumpman Gaming, a separate company on a separate licence with no connection to SuprPlay whatsoever.
Nothing sits against this account on its own file, and a check across the company name, all four brand names and the account number through a separate list of regulatory actions came back empty as well. That list starts only in September 2023, well after the licence itself opened in 2017, a gap of six years the search simply cannot speak to. Read the zero as accurate for what it covers, not as a clean record for the whole nine-year span.
