The licence and the closing notice – read 13 August 2026
Race Casino sister sites are the L&L Europe Ltd casinos sharing UK Gambling Commission account 38758: All British Casino, Fun Casino, CasinoCasino, Pub Casino, Hyper Casino, Yeti Casino and Quickbet. Race Casino itself has told its players it is closing – in Swedish, with a date of 1 June 2026. Its games pages could still be opened on 13 August 2026, but pressing sign-up only brings the Swedish notice back – the brand is closed to new players while its licence entry stays Active.

The goodbye the English page never translates
At the foot of the site sits a message that begins, in Swedish, with a greeting and gets straight to the point: Race Casino will shut down on 1 June 2026, the company wants to concentrate on its other brands and ventures, and the team behind the casino can still be found at several of them – Fun Casino, CasinoCasino and Hyper Casino are the three it lists. Anyone who missed the deadline for withdrawing a balance is told to contact support for help. Every word of that appears in Swedish only. The English side of the page carries no equivalent, no banner and no hint, which means a British player can browse the lobby without learning the brand has scheduled its own ending.
What the Gambling Commission and the website say meanwhile
The Gambling Commission carries www.racecasino.com as an Active row, one of four on the account filed with the prefix. Opened on 13 August 2026 – ten weeks past the date in the notice – the address landed on its games page with the provider menu loaded. Try to sign up, though, and no form appears: the site returns to its games page and the Swedish notice pops up again, so the closure is real for anyone new. What existing customers can still do once they are logged in is not something the outside of the site shows, and the licence entry has not changed at all.
Terms from a different era
Six live siblings share a General Terms document refreshed on 2 April 2026. Race Casino still serves Version 2, dated 14 June 2022 – the same L&L Europe Ltd company details, four years less revision. The copyright line in the footer reads 2023, and together the two stamps suggest a site nobody has updated for some time, which is roughly what a scheduled closure would predict. The document itself remains the shared group template underneath: one account per player here, sibling accounts permitted, activity weighed as a group.
Swedish fingerprints on an English lobby
Even on the English pages, Sweden keeps showing through. A button labelled Fortsatt Spela – carry on playing – appears above the games; the footer offers a Swedish support telephone number alongside the licence lines; and the language toggle puts sv a click from en. The footer stacks all three regulators, the Commission under 38758 among them, and points worried players to BeGambleAware. It reads like what it is: a brand built for two markets at once, saying goodbye in only one of them.
One of the six in the January decision
racecasino.com sat on the list of addresses Spelinspektionen checked in the case it decided on 19 January 2026, when required player information was found missing to varying degrees across the sites reviewed and the company took a formal remark with a SEK 80,000 fee, correcting the pages once notified. The Gambling Commission records, checked the same week as this page was written, hold nothing on the licensee – an actions counter at zero and four empty searches. Both Swedish decisions, including the 2020 self-exclusion case, are laid out with sources on the licence file page.
Where the racing crowd lands next
The notice hands its readers three casinos, but a racing-minded player might notice none of them takes a bet on an actual race. For that, the account has Quickbet, the .co.uk sportsbook the betting permission exists to serve – absent from the Swedish farewell, presumably because it faces the British market. The nearest like-for-like reading of the succession: slots players go where the notice points, sports players were never this casino’s audience in the first place.
Questions the notice leaves open
Has it really closed? For a new player, yes – the registration route no longer opens a form, only the notice. Whether existing customers can still log in and play is beyond what the outside of the site shows. Will the row eventually flip to Inactive? Precedent says yes – Yako Casino announced its closing for September 2025 and its row is Inactive today – but the Gambling Commission moves at its own pace, and in mid-August 2026 it had not moved here. What should someone with money still inside do? Exactly what the notice itself says: contact support, which replies from the casino’s own email address. Each of those questions gets re-asked whenever this page is next checked against the file.
The pages to check
The domain rows for account 38758 still show www.racecasino.com as Active, and the account summary names the licensee the Swedish notice speaks for. The full address check, the enforcement detail and the group comparisons sit on the L&L Europe licence file, and the files on CasinoCasino, Fun Casino and All British Casino cover the casinos this one recommends or defers to.
