📜 The licence Casushi runs on now
Casushi.com is Active against Solaya Group Limited, a Gibraltar company whose Gambling Commission licence took effect on 11 November 2025, covering remote bingo, remote casino and linked gambling software together. The company Casushi used to sit under, Dazzletag Entertainment Limited, shows every one of its domains and every one of its trading names as Inactive on the same public record, checked in August 2026. Neither company carries a recorded regulatory action, a point worth its own honest reading further down this page rather than a passing mention here.

Five names moved alongside Casushi in one block, and a sixth, newer name sits on the same account without ever appearing on an older Dazzletag list. All six answer to the same licensee, the same cashier and the same support desk Casushi itself now uses, which is why they are the sisters worth naming here rather than any list still pointing at the old company.
One further name sits on the same account but does not earn a card: Lucky Cat Games is listed Inactive on the current licensee record, checked in August 2026, present on the licence but not currently running.
📍 Two Gibraltar addresses, one company
Solaya Group Limited head office, as the public record itself prints it, is Suite 849 Europort, Europort Road, Gibraltar. The address the Casushi footer names instead is a different Gibraltar address, Finsbury House, 32 Line Wall Road. Both are genuinely correct entries for the same business, an official filing address and a head office are ordinary things for one company to hold separately, but the two will not read as an exact match if a player checks the footer against the public record line by line, so it is worth stating plainly rather than leaving unexplained.
🔍 What a zero counter shows, and what it does not
Neither the current licensee nor the previous one carries a recorded regulatory action, and a search of the enforcement listings returns nothing against either name as of the August 2026 check. That is worth saying plainly, and worth reading narrowly too: a zero reading records current actions against a currently licensed account, not a full operator history, closer to a snapshot than a verdict on the past.
🔒 Self-exclusion still applies
Self-exclusion through GAMSTOP does not care which company holds a licence: one signup blocks a player from every UK-licensed site at once, Casushi and its sisters included, and the change of licensee here makes no difference to that cover. A direct exclusion arranged with Casushi itself, back when the brand sat on the previous licensee, is the one thing worth double-checking, there is no guarantee it followed the brand onto the new account automatically, so confirming with the operator named in the footer, or simply using GAMSTOP instead, closes that gap.
