Casushi kept its name, its sushi styling and its game shelf through the change. The company answering for it on the Gambling Commission register is not the one most write-ups still print, so this page starts with the licence and works outwards.
The licence Casushi runs on now
Solaya Group Limited was licensed on 11 November 2025 under licence 100050-R-341529-003, covering remote bingo, remote casino and remote linked gambling software. The register gives its head office as Suite 849 Europort, Europort Road, Gibraltar. The registered office printed in the Casushi footer is a different Gibraltar address, Finsbury House, 32 Line Wall Road – a normal split between a registered office and a head office entry, but not a match if you are comparing the two line by line.
Casushi.com appears on both accounts in the register search, Active against 100050 and Inactive against 39358. Neither account carries a regulatory action, and neither name returns a result on the regulatory actions register. That is a statement about those two accounts and nothing wider – the counter records current actions against a currently licensed account, not an operator history.

Five rows, and the honest summary is that Casushi is not obviously the pick of them any more. The five share a licence, a cashier and a support desk, so the differences that survive are shelf size and theme: Casushi for the larger slot and live shelf, Peachy Games if you want bingo in the same account, BingoStars if bingo is the whole reason you are there. Jazzy Cat, at jazzycat.com, is the newest name on the licence and does not appear on any of the older Dazzletag brand lists at all. Lucky Cat Games sits on 100050 too, marked Inactive.
What changed for Casushi players
Nothing about the licence move changes the games, and the Commission requires the same conditions of any remote operator. Two things are worth doing anyway. If you self-excluded from a Dazzletag site before the change, do not assume the exclusion carried across to the new account – ask the operator directly, and use GAMSTOP for cover that does not depend on which company holds the licence. And if you are checking who you are dealing with, read the footer rather than an affiliate page: the operator line names the licensee and the account number, and it is the fastest thing on the site to verify against the register.
