The 5 second answer:
PlaySunny sister sites are Casushi, FruitKings, Peachy Games, BingoStars and Zebra Bingo, with a newer name on the same licence, Jazzy Cat. PlaySunny itself is closed to new accounts – press Register and the site returns a notice that it is no longer accepting new registrations, while existing players can still log in and use their accounts as usual. The licence underneath it has also changed: playsunny.co.uk is Active against Solaya Group Limited, account 100050, and Inactive against Dazzletag Entertainment Limited, 39358. Both checked on 8 August 2026.

Two separate things have happened to PlaySunny and it is easy to run them together. The brand has stopped taking new players. The group it belongs to has moved to a different licence holder. Neither one caused the other as far as the register shows, and the page below keeps them apart.
What the register shows for PlaySunny
Search the business register for playsunny and two licensees come back with the same domain against them. On Solaya Group Limited, account 100050, playsunny.co.uk reads Active. On Dazzletag Entertainment Limited, account 39358, it reads Inactive – as do that account’s other five domains and all six of its trading names, including play sunny. Solaya was licensed on 11 November 2025 under 100050-R-341529-003, covering remote bingo, remote casino and remote linked gambling software, from a head office at Suite 849 Europort, Europort Road, Gibraltar.
Neither account carries a regulatory action, and a search of the regulatory actions register returns nothing for either name. That is a narrow statement about two accounts rather than a clean bill of health for anyone – the counter shows current actions against a currently licensed account, which is not the same as an enforcement history.

Sister sites on account 100050
| Brand | Account and status | What we saw this month |
|---|---|---|
| Casushi | casushi.com, Active on 100050 | Open and taking registrations. The largest shelf of the group, with the live tables and Slingo that PlaySunny never matched. |
| Peachy Games | peachygames.com, Active on 100050 | Open. Casino and bingo in one account, which makes it the closest thing to a like-for-like replacement. |
| BingoStars | bingostars.co.uk, Active on 100050 | Open. Bingo-led since Bingocams closed, and the name to pick if the tickets matter more than the slots. |
| Zebra Bingo | zebrabingo.com, White Label on 100050 | Open, with the same Solaya operator line. Listed Inactive on the old 39358 account. |
| Jazzy Cat | jazzycat.com, White Label on 100050 | Open. The newest name on the licence and absent from every older Dazzletag brand list. |
| FruitKings | fruitkings.com, Active on 100050 | Active in the licence account, and that account is the source for this line. |
The judgement is simpler than usual because the cashier, the support desk and the licence are shared. If you liked PlaySunny for fast withdrawals rather than for the beach theme, Casushi and Peachy Games sit on the same infrastructure; if bingo was the draw, BingoStars is the direct swap. Lucky Cat Games also appears on 100050 but reads Inactive, so it is not an option at the moment.
If you still have an account there
The notice says logins continue, so a balance is not stranded by the closure to new sign-ups, and a licensed operator remains answerable for it. Withdraw what you are not using rather than leaving it sitting, and keep any verification documents you have already supplied. If you self-excluded from PlaySunny while it sat on 39358, do not assume that exclusion travelled to the new account – ask the operator directly, and use GAMSTOP for cover that does not depend on which company holds the licence. Complaints follow the licensee named in the footer, which today is Solaya Group Limited on account 100050.
The full licence file for both accounts, including the enforcement position on the companies around them, is on the Dazzletag operator page, and the sister brand is covered at Casushi sister sites. For other brands that outlived the company that launched them, see Mr Mega and Slotzo.
