| The row, the redirect and the rulebook – August 2026 |
| Grand Hotel Casino sister sites are Grand Mondial, Zodiac Casino, UK Casino Club, Aztec Riches and Luxury Casino, together with every other brand Apollo Entertainment Limited holds under UKGC account 38620. Grand Hotel itself has no lobby left. Type grandhotelcasino.co.uk and Luxury Casino opens, with nothing on the way through to tell you so. Your rulebook does not move with you, though. It is still headed Grand Hotel Casino, filed under the code ghc, and it carries the same edition stamp as fourteen others on the account. |
More Apollo Entertainment Casinos
Every name below shares one British account with Grand Hotel Casino, and the number is 38620. The UKGC – the UK Gambling Commission – is the authority that licenses British gambling companies, and its account files are open to the public.
A booking the register keeps open
A row marked Active tells you the licensee may use the address. It tells you nothing about what stands behind it, and here those two things sit a long way apart. All twenty-seven .co.uk rows carry the flag.
Tried on 10 August 2026, and tried once more the day after, they split three ways. Three trade under their own names. Ten hand you on to Luxury Casino, this address being one of them. Fourteen produce no page at all.
The transfer is unannounced. No holding message, nothing on arrival, and the Luxury front page carries no reference to whatever you typed to reach it.
| What the account records | How it reads on the live site |
|---|---|
| Licensee | Apollo Entertainment Limited, entered on the Malta register as C-45483 |
| Account and permission | 38620, whose single remote casino permission – remote is register speak for online – carries the number 038620-R-319310-012, on the file since 1 November 2014 and open ever since |
| Premises | None held, and a remote permission of this kind does not provide for any |
| Betting on sport | Outside this permission entirely, whatever an address on the account may choose to show |
| grandhotelcasino.co.uk | Status Active, and Luxury Casino is what opens |
| Enforcement | No entry stood against the account on the actions page, read 10 August 2026 |
The rulebook that arrives with the redirect
Being dropped into another lobby raises the obvious question: whose terms are you on now? The answer here is not the obvious one.
Grand Hotel has a set of terms in its own name, live on the day it was checked. They do not sit on grandhotelcasino.co.uk, which opens nothing of its own, and they are not the Luxury terms. They sit on a shared machine under a three-letter code, ghc for this brand, with Grand Hotel Casino at the top of the document. Fifteen codes each returned a live file on 11 August 2026.
What differs across the fifteen is the name. The edition stamp is one stamp to the minute, the clauses beneath it are one set of clauses, and the length of each file tracks only how long the brand name printed on it happens to be.
| Clause in the Grand Hotel rules | What it requires |
|---|---|
| Edition | Marked 11/06/2026 12:00:00, and the +1000 offset places that ten hours east of London |
| Youngest member | 25, which stands seven years over the legal minimum |
| Bonus conditions | Ten times through, slot play only, before any conversion |
| Withdrawal minimum | £10, with anything under it payable in full on request |
| Foreign currency | Interbank daily average plus a 2.5 per cent charge |
| Held funds | The document uses the phrase not protected segregation, and nothing beneath it is on offer |
| Personal data | Consent is requested for the use of member data in AI training and in machine-learning model development |
| Later versions | Effective on the seventh day after the email announcing them |
The dispute route, and the seal that leads to it
If you reach this operator through a forwarded address, you will not meet the Grand Hotel name again anywhere in the complaints chain. eCOGRA is named as the approved alternative dispute resolution body. The complaints address given belongs to no brand on the account at all: it is at crhelpdesk.com. The European online dispute resolution portal is linked beside it. Support before any of that runs through cr-chat.com, which is off-brand as well.
The same page prints a certificate reference, and the reference is per brand rather than per account. Following the three does not produce three of the same result. Luxury and Zodiac each open a live accreditation with dates on it. UK Casino Club opens an error page.
On its own that would be worth nothing, because a link can fail for a dozen reasons that have nothing to do with an operator. Three controls settle it. A reference invented out of thin air returns the identical error page, so the failing reference resolves to no record rather than to a damaged one. A reference known to be good, belonging to an operator with no connection to this one and turned up by a search, opens a live accreditation, which shows the service to be in working order. Both readings were taken twice, hours apart, and neither of them moved.
The pool behind all three lobbies
Every trading address on this account carries a games page. At the top of each one sits a running total of every jackpot available. The three totals were within six pence of each other on 10 August 2026, and within six pence of each other again on 11 August, by which point the board had climbed steeply.
A number that travels thirty thousand pounds overnight and lands within pennies at all three is one number, counted three times. The jackpot on offer behind this address is the jackpot on offer behind the other two.
The same page carries a payout table of eleven games. The order is identical across the three and so are the rates: eleven rates, none of them below eighty-six and none above ninety-eight. Nothing on the page puts a date against the table.
Twenty-seven rows, and not one of them Inactive
The domain table on this account runs to twenty-seven rows and the counter above it reads twenty-seven, which is a match worth noting because a great many accounts do not manage it. Every row is Active. None is Inactive and none is White Label.
That is unusual. An account this old would normally carry a tail of dormant rows, and checking them for a shared stem is the standard way of spotting a brand mid-move between licensees. Here there is nothing to check, because there is no tail.
The same account files twenty-nine trading names, two more than it has addresses. It holds no premises whatsoever, and a remote casino permission does not provide for any. Nothing filed under it may lawfully take a bet on sport.
Opening the actions page on 10 August 2026 produced no entry against the account. That is a statement about what the register showed on a date, and it is a narrower thing than it may appear.
Other names on the same file
An address that returns nothing at all is covered at Aztec Riches Casino, and a redirect that behaves exactly like this one is at Grand Mondial Casino. The destination has its own write-up at Luxury Casino, with the two remaining trading names at Zodiac Casino and UK Casino Club. Everything the Commission holds under 38620 is on the Apollo Entertainment licence file.
