The official record changed – checked August 2026
GRP Casino sister sites are Kwiff and SlotsKing, and all three run on Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, UKGC account 44448. Other guides still list Kwiff as the only sister site. SlotsKing was added to the licence and they have not caught up. Two things matter before you sign up here. The first is that the Gambling Commission fined this company £480,305 in December 2022, even though the Commission page for this account says it has never been fined. The second is that the terms and conditions page would not load at all when we tried it on 12 August 2026, though it was back up the next day.

What GRP Casino actually is
GRP stands for Gold Rush Play, and the theme runs right through the site. It is a casino and nothing else: slots, jackpot slots, live dealer, table games, crash and a lottery section. There is no sportsbook, and no way to reach one from the lobby.
The front page claims more than four thousand games and leads on three promises – bonus offers, that game count, and fast withdrawals. Two jackpot meters run on the lobby, and both of them moved between two readings we took seconds apart, which is worth remembering any time you see a progressive total quoted to the penny anywhere.
If you need help, the contact email in the footer is at grpcasino.com. That is worth a mention because plenty of casinos send you to a helpdesk on a completely unrelated website instead.
The three sites compared
The three brands look different but sit on the same licence. Here is what actually separates them.

Only Kwiff can take a sports bet. That is because of what the licence allows, not because the other two chose not to bother. The betting permissions on account 44448 are used by Kwiff alone.
The licence behind all three
One company is answerable for everything on this account, and the register says so plainly.

This catches people out. The Gambling Commission keeps two separate lists: one of web addresses and one of brand names. GRP Casino is on the web address list but not the brand name list. That does not mean it is unlicensed. It does mean that if you search the register for GRP Casino by name you get nothing back, and some guides have wrongly read that as a warning sign.
Three companies are named at the bottom of the site. Kwiff Limited, based in Malta, runs it day to day. Eaton Gate Gaming Limited owns Kwiff Limited and holds the British gambling licence. A third company, Spryme Limited, owns the copyright. Only Eaton Gate Gaming is on the Gambling Commission register, and it is the one answerable if something goes wrong.
The fine the account page does not mention
The Gambling Commission has a page showing any fines or penalties given to this company. For account 44448 it says there have been none.
That is not correct. The Commission publishes a second list covering every company it has taken action against, and Eaton Gate Gaming is on it. In December 2022 the Commission investigated the company and fined it £480,305. It also gave the company a formal warning and added a new rule to its licence.
The problems the Commission found were about money laundering checks, and about how the company treated customers who were showing signs of gambling too much. The new rule forced the company to bring in an outside auditor within a year to prove the problems had been fixed.
So the regulator says two different things on two of its own pages. If you only read the first one, you would think nothing had ever gone wrong here.
The terms and conditions would not load
GRP does not keep its terms and conditions on its own site. Click the link and you are sent to corporate.kwiff.com, a separate website that does not appear on the gambling licence at all.
On 12 August 2026 that website was broken. Instead of the terms, it showed an error saying the site had crashed. A broken link on its own could mean anything, so we tested it four ways.

Everything we asked for gave the same error, including a page we made up that could not possibly exist. That tells us the whole website was down, not just one missing document. The privacy policy and the responsible gambling information sit on that same website, so they were unavailable too. It was fixed the next day: on 13 August 2026 the document opened in full, dated 10 March 2025. Still, click the terms link yourself before you put money in, and if it does not open, do not deposit.
What the site promises, and what you cannot check
The front page makes three claims. New bonus offers are always running, there are over four thousand games, and withdrawals are quick.
The details behind the first and third of those live in the terms and conditions, not on the front page. How many times you have to bet a bonus before you can withdraw it. The smallest amount you are allowed to take out. How long the casino gives itself to pay you. None of that is on the marketing page. It all sits in that terms document on a separate website, the one that spent 12 August 2026 refusing to load. On the day we read the offer, you could see the promise but not the rule that decides whether it means anything.
One smaller thing worth knowing: there is no GRP Casino app. The two app store entries on this licence are both for the Kwiff betting app. GRP and SlotsKing only work in a web browser, so there is nothing to download.
Separate wallets, one licensee
Sharing a licence does not make these three convenient to use together. Each wants its own registration, keeps its own balance and runs its own identity checks. The registration route was live when we tested it – clicking Join on 13 August 2026 brought up a form asking for a phone number, an email address and a password. There is no single sign-on and no shared wallet, so an account at Kwiff does nothing for you here.
What is shared is the part you cannot see. One licensed company stands behind all three, one set of compliance rules covers them, and the same responsible-gambling small print sits at the foot of each. If something goes wrong and you need to escalate, the company on the other end is Eaton Gate Gaming Limited whichever of the three sites you joined.
