What shares this licence – checked August 2026
Kwiff sister sites are GRP Casino and SlotsKing, two casino-only brands sharing UKGC account 44448 with the kwiff sportsbook. Eaton Gate Gaming Limited holds that licence. We opened the file on 12 August 2026 and found three problems. The kwiff.co.uk address does not exist. The terms and conditions would not open that day, though they were back by the next. And there is a fine of £480,305 from December 2022 that you will not see if you check this operator the usual way.

The only name in the Gambling Commission records
Kwiff is the only one of the three brands the Gambling Commission lists by name. It is the sole brand name registered against account 44448. GRP Casino and SlotsKing appear only on a separate list of web addresses.
That makes Kwiff the main brand here, and it explains a few things further down the page. The app on the licence is the Kwiff app. The betting permissions are used by Kwiff and nothing else. And when any of the three sites explains at the bottom who runs it, the company named is Kwiff Limited.
Its own .co.uk address is not real
kwiff.co.uk is listed on the licence as Active. Type it into a browser and you do not get a closed-down notice or a redirect. You get an error saying the site cannot be found, because that web address has never been set up or has been deleted.
That is different from a website that has simply shut. A shut site still exists: you type it in, a computer somewhere answers, and you see a page telling you it has gone. This one gets nowhere near that. There is nothing there to answer.
There is nothing wrong with this. Companies tell the Commission which web addresses they plan to use, and the Commission writes them down. It does not go and check whether each one works. What it means for you is that the list of addresses on a licence is not a list of working websites, so counting them makes an operator look bigger than it is.
Where the casino actually lives
The betting site and the casino are on separate addresses, and getting between them takes a little untangling.

So of the five kwiff entries on the licence, two are app store pages, one does not exist, one bounces you somewhere else, and one is the site you were probably looking for.
What kwiff can do that the sisters cannot
Four permissions sit on this licence, and kwiff is the only brand using all of them.

Read those dates in order and you get the story of the business. It started as a bookmaker, added a casino nine months later, and added simulated racing and similar six years after that. It also answers a question people ask about the sister brands: you cannot bet on football at GRP Casino or SlotsKing, and that is because the licence does not let them, not because they never got round to it.
What kwiff sells on top of the permissions is a mechanic it calls Supercharge, offered across any bet, any market and any sport. The coupon behind it is broad. Football, horses, tennis and cricket sit at the front, and the menu carries on through greyhounds, basketball, darts, snooker, golf, rugby, boxing, mixed martial arts, motor racing, baseball, ice hockey, volleyball, American football and both codes of GAA.
Two further sections tell you the permissions are being used rather than just held. There is an in-play tab for live betting, and a virtuals tab for simulated events, which is the permission that only arrived in February 2023.
There are no premises on this account and none are available under a remote licence, so nothing here can open a shop.
The fine on a different page
Most people check an operator by pulling up its page on the Commission website. Do that here and you will read that no action has ever been taken against this account.
That page is not the only one. There is a second, separate list of every company the Commission has punished, and this operator is on it.

- Plus: a formal warning on top of the money.
- What went wrong: weak checks against money laundering, and poor handling of players who looked like they were spending more than they could afford.
- What it had to do: hire an independent auditor within twelve months and show the Commission the problems were sorted.
Two pages, one regulator, opposite answers. The one most people will find is the one that leaves the fine out.
The terms and conditions would not load
The terms are not kept on Kwiff at all. The link at the foot of the casino takes you off to corporate.kwiff.com, a different website that is not named on the gambling licence. All three brands store their small print there.
On 12 August 2026 it gave us an error page instead. Broken links happen, so we poked at it: two visits minutes apart, then the home page, then two other legal pages, and finally a web address we invented that definitely does not exist. All of them gave the identical error.
The invented one is the giveaway. A page that does not exist should look different from a page that does. Here they looked the same, which tells you nothing on that website was working. Not the terms, not the privacy policy, not the responsible gambling advice. It was working again on 13 August 2026, when the full document opened, marked version 37 and dated 10 March 2025. Even so, try the link yourself before you deposit, and hold off until it opens.
Who is actually answerable
The small print at the bottom of the site is clearer than most, and it names three separate companies.
Kwiff Limited, in Malta, runs the site. It is owned by Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, and that is the one holding the British licence. Spryme Limited owns the copyright on the sister sites and does not appear in the Gambling Commission records anywhere.
For practical purposes only one of those matters. If a complaint escalates past the site itself, the licensed party answerable to the Gambling Commission is Eaton Gate Gaming Limited, and that is true whether you started at kwiff, GRP Casino or SlotsKing.
One more number worth keeping straight. The footers quote 44448. That is the account number, not the licence number. The licence itself is numbered 044448-R-323408-017. People often quote the first and call it a licence number, and it is not.
Separate accounts, shared owner
Sharing a licence buys you nothing in convenience. Each of the three brands wants its own registration, its own balance and its own identity checks, and there is no single sign-on between them. An account here does not travel to GRP Casino. All three registrations were working when tested on 13 August 2026, each one opening with a phone field, an email field and a password box.
What they do share is everything behind the scenes: one licensed company, one set of rules it has to follow, and one record with the Gambling Commission, including that 2022 fine.
