The other five names are not covered anywhere on this site, so no link points at them. What separates each one from the rest is either something the file records or something the live site prints.
📌 What sets the other five apart
- Rainbow Riches takes seven of the thirteen addresses on its own. Two of the seven were opened on 14 August 2026 and both produced the very same website, which leads on Slingo and on the Rainbow Riches games, and prints a Barcrest Group Limited copyright.
- Megaways Casino is the one address here the licence no longer authorises. It reads Inactive where every other entry reads Active or White Label.
- Monopoly Casino is built around a single licensed theme, with its own section of Monopoly games and a bingo room beside the slots. The board-game styling runs through the whole site and a Hasbro copyright dated from 1935 sits at the bottom.
- Double Bubble Bingo puts bingo before everything else and is live in its own name. It is the only one of the four sites opened that cites a single Gibraltar licence reference, where the other three cite two.
- Bally Casino carries the widest gap here between the filed name and the name on screen: the address is filed as ballycasino.co.uk while the site leads with the Bally Bet name. A sportsbook runs alongside the casino, and it is the newest arrival.
📜 What the file records, and what it leaves blank
Gamesys Operations Limited holds one British gambling account and runs it from Suite 2, Floor 4, Waterport Place in Gibraltar. The Gambling Commission publishes that account, so anybody can read it without paying. Four remote permissions hang off it and all four are Active. The word Remote beside each one says the play happens on a screen rather than in a building, and no premises are filed against the account anywhere.
📋 The four permissions and when each one starts

One row on this account is blank and it matters as much as the filled ones. Not one trading name is filed against this account, which is unusual, because on most licences that table is where a group records the words it is allowed to trade under. Here the table is empty and every brand is instead recorded as a web address. Thirteen are filed, and for once the total printed above the table agrees with the table.
Three of the thirteen read Active in their own name: this one, Double Bubble Bingo and Bally Casino. Nine read White Label. One reads Inactive. That White Label marking is the easiest thing here to misread, because the company taking the deposit does not change. All four sites opened on 7 August 2026 name Gamesys Operations Limited as the operator whatever the file says beside them. What the marking tracks is borrowed intellectual property, so nine of the thirteen addresses are a brand name belonging to someone else running on one operator platform. ⚠ The penalty on the account, and the case that never appears on it
£6,071,292 was the total decided against Gamesys Operations Limited on 22 November 2023 and published on 10 January 2024, and £165,042 of divested money sits inside that figure. A formal warning came with it, and an extra condition was attached to the operating licence.
The period examined was November 2021 to July 2022, and four areas failed: the duty to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, the separate duty that applies to operators based outside Great Britain, customer interaction under the social responsibility code, and a failure to follow the guidance issued to casinos on that subject. Customers were recorded evading anti-money-laundering triggers and paying in large sums unchecked, while deposit limits were found too slow to pick harm up, and responsible gambling contacts recommended new games rather than offering real support. A third-party audit was required afterwards.
Two points sit on the other side of the same notice. The licensee co-operated with the investigation and said corrections were already in place, and the customer accounts examined showed no evidence of criminal money. The licence remains in force.
📑 The case the actions total leaves out
- On 11 June 2019 a settlement worth around £1.2m was announced with Gamesys (Gibraltar) Limited.
- £460,472 of it was returned to victims whose stolen money had been played through those sites, and a further £690,000 stood in place of a fine.
- The investigation started from three individuals whom police traced while they deposited stolen money.
- Search the business list for that company name now and nothing comes back, and the settlement is not among the records in the enforcement list either. A total of 1 describes an account as it stands rather than the history behind it.
🎯 Bingo at the front, and a name that stands up on its own
Jackpotjoy is one of only three addresses live in its own name rather than under a borrowed one, and it is the bingo-led half of the pair covered here. Virgin Games puts casino play first and this site does the opposite, which is the plainest reason to pick between the two.
The footer is long by any standard and names three regulators in a single block: the British one, the Government of Gibraltar with a gambling commissioner there supervising, and the Office of the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland. Jackpotjoy cites two Gibraltar licence references there, as Monopoly Casino and Rainbow Riches Casino both do, where Double Bubble Bingo cites one of the two on its own.
The copyright line at the bottom has moved since those permissions were filed. It now closes with an Intralot mark, after Intralot completed its purchase of the Bally international interactive arm on 9 October 2025. The British file records none of it, and the licensee name, the account and the Gibraltar address it prints are the ones the live footers print.
🔒 Two protections, and only one of them travels
Set a deposit limit at one site on this account and it applies at the others, because the brands run on one shared platform. Self-exclusion does not work that way. Excluding yourself here leaves the other names on the licence open, and each one has to be dealt with separately. The national scheme is the single block that shuts every operator licensed for remote play in Britain at once, and that reach belongs to the scheme rather than to the way this licence is arranged.
