Ladbrokes Sister Sites

The 5 second answer:

Ladbrokes shares UKGC account 54743 with Coral, Party Poker, Gala Casino, bwin, Foxy Bingo, Gala Spins, Sportingbet, Gamebookers, Party Casino, Gala Bingo, Foxy Games and sports.sbet.com – twelve other Active domains filed by LC International Limited from Gibraltar. The betting shops that carry the Ladbrokes name are not on that account. The licensee there is Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Limited, account 1611, and a third file, account 4712, holds a charitable lottery permission the Gambling Commission now shows as Surrendered. None of the three carries a recorded regulatory action.

What each sister offers beside Ladbrokes

Every name below sits on account 54743 under licence 054743-R-330863-014, the same one Ladbrokes carries, with an identical set of six remote permissions – remote on each marking a product that reaches players through a browser rather than a shop – and the same licensee behind it. The company you contract with, the verification you face and the route a complaint takes do not move between them. The product does.

Coral

coral.co.uk – Active

  • The only co.uk address among the thirteen live domains, and the only sister with a centenary mark on the logo.
  • The sign-up is the identical four screens, but the address step offers Start over rather than Clear address, and the button reads Create my account.
  • The free bet matches this one pound for pound, then adds a line Ladbrokes does not carry: no cashout.
  • Sub-navigation runs Racing Super Series, Football Super Series, Coral Racing Club, Virtual Sports and Greyhounds, and the shirt deal is Birmingham City rather than Liverpool.

bwin

bwin.com – Active

  • Ladbrokes is filed on two UKGC accounts. bwin is filed on one, and appears exactly once in the trading-names table.
  • The one domain here with no British high street history standing behind it.
  • Closest to Ladbrokes on product of anything that is not Coral, because both lead on football rather than on bingo or slots.

Read the bwin file →

Sportingbet

sportingbet.com – Active

  • Filed in the Gambling Commission records as sporting bet, in two words, so a trading-name search using the spelling on the site returns nothing.
  • Carries sports.sbet.com beside it. No other brand on this licence holds a second Active address of its own.
  • A sportsbook rather than a bingo or casino name, which puts it in the same bracket as Ladbrokes without the shop estate.

Read the Sportingbet file →

Gala Bingo

galabingo.com – Active

  • galaspins.com resolves into galabingo.com, so two of the three Gala addresses land a visitor in the same room.
  • Gala is the busiest name in the trading-names table, recorded as gala, gala bingo, gala casino, gala coral and gala spins.
  • gala coral is the only entry on the account that welds two brand names together, and it holds no domain at all.

Read the Gala Bingo file →

Gala Casino

galacasino.com – Active

  • Unlike galaspins.com and foxygames.com, this address answers on its own rather than handing a visitor to a sibling.
  • Holds its own Active trading name, gala casino, separate from gala and from gala bingo.
  • One of three Gala domains recorded Active, and the only one of the three that is not a bingo address by name.

Read the Entain licence file →

Foxy Bingo

foxybingo.com – Active

  • foxygames.com resolves into foxybingo.com, which is the same pattern the Gala pair follows.
  • Both Foxy addresses hold separate Active trading names, foxy bingo and foxy games.
  • No Foxy name appears anywhere on account 1611, so nothing in the shop estate carries it.

Read the Foxy Bingo file →

Six of the thirteen have cards above, and ladbrokes.com is a seventh. The remaining six are gamebookers.com, partypoker.com, sports.sbet.com, galaspins.com, foxygames.com and partycasino.com. Two further addresses sit on the account without trading under it, www.partysports.com and cheekybingo.com, and older round-ups of this group have not caught up with either.

The judgement is a short one for a Ladbrokes customer. Coral is less an alternative than the same machine in different livery: registration is identical to the word, and what separates them is a rewards programme, a pair of navigation sections and a shirt sponsor. For genuinely different play under the identical licence, the Foxy and Gala addresses cover bingo while bwin covers continental football. And if what appeals about Ladbrokes is the shop counter, the counter estate sits on a different licence entirely.

Account-level material lives on the Entain licence file: every domain and its status, when each permission started, how self-exclusion reaches across the whole group, and both settlement packages in full. This page does not repeat any of it.

Ladbrokes in the Gambling Commission records, row by row

ladbrokes.com is one of thirteen Active domain names filed against account 54743, and searching the Gambling Commission for that domain returns exactly one result. That single result is the check that settles who runs the site, and it is worth doing on any brand, because a name search catches trusts and lookalikes while a domain search catches the company.

Read on 9 August 2026, the counters on 54743 stand at 16 trading names, 15 domain names, 0 premises and 0 regulatory actions. Both tables reconcile against those figures. Two entries in each are Inactive and the rest are live, giving thirteen Active domains and fourteen Active trading names. Ladbrokes appears once here, as ladbrokes, and once more on an account that holds no websites.

Six remote permissions sit on the one licence number, 054743-R-330863-014: pool betting, general betting on virtual events, casino, general betting on real events, bingo and betting intermediary. Each has run since 1 July 2019. That date is the age of the licensing arrangement and nothing else – the retail account beside it has held remote bingo and casino permissions since 1 November 2014, five years earlier, and non-remote betting since the first day of 2009.

Three accounts answer to the name Ladbrokes

A business-search on ladbrokes returns three accounts, and unlike some brand searches not one of them is a stranger. All three belong to the same group, which makes the name unusually clean to trace and unusually easy to misread.

  • LC International Limited, account 54743 – the online licensee, and the only one of the three that comes back when ladbrokes.com is searched as a domain rather than as a name.
  • Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Limited, account 1611 – registered in London at One Stratford Place, Montfichet Road, E20 1EJ. Three trading names, no domains whatsoever, 2,683 premises, and nine permissions spread over three licence numbers.
  • Ladbrokes Coral Trust, account 4712 – the charitable file. Two trading names, Ladbrokes Charitable Trust and Coral Charitable Trust, both Inactive, against a single Society Lottery permission the Gambling Commission shows as Surrendered. Dates and the licence number are on the Entain licence file.

Who you are actually dealing with changes with the channel. Open an account online and the counterparty is the Gibraltar licensee. Walk into a shop and it is the London one. Separate companies, separate registered offices, and only the Gambling Commission spells that out.

One name that used to belong beside these does not any more. Betdaq, the betting exchange Ladbrokes bought in 2013 for £30 million, went back to its original backer Dermot Desmond in a sale Entain confirmed on 25 November 2021. It has not been on 54743 since, and betdaq.com is filed today to Exchange Platform Solutions Limited on account 34865.

Four screens, and what each one asks for

The registration route was read as a structure on 9 August 2026 and stopped short of submission. No account was opened and no personal detail was entered. Four screens stand between the front page and a funded account.

Screen What it collects What it names
Set up your account A password, a User ID, an email address and a mobile number taking the +44 prefix Nothing beyond the fields
Let us get to know you Date of birth, title, a postcode lookup with a manual route behind it, then first and last name Terms, the Age and Identity Verification Policy, and the Privacy Policy
Verifying your details Nothing – an interstitial that runs before anything further is asked for Nothing
Deposit limit An optional limit, badged Recommended, with a Skip for now route past it Nothing

A fifth panel follows the limit without asking for anything. Headed Stay secure with fund protection, it states that customer money is held in an account managed independently by a trustee, gives the level of protection as High, and links through to the Commission material on protection of customer funds. That panel was reached on Ladbrokes and not on Coral, so it is the one stretch of the flow where the two brands cannot be set against each other.

Everywhere else they can, and the result is unusual. Same fields, same screen titles, same interstitial, and the same deposit-limit copy. Three details separate them. Screen two here names three documents – Terms, the Age and Identity Verification Policy, and the Privacy Policy – where Coral names the first two and stops. On the address step the reset link reads Clear address, where Coral says Start over. And the button that completes it reads Create your account, not Create my account.

Reading the Ladbrokes footer

The footer names the operator outright: LC International Limited, account number 54743 – the same account the Gambling Commission puts ladbrokes.com on. That is the single most useful line on the page, because it is the one thing that can be checked against a public source in under a minute.

Eight compliance marks run with it: the 18 plus roundel, Take Time to Think, the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, Gordon Moody, GamStop, IBAS, the Gambling Commission and GambleAware. Coral carries the same eight.

Two links in the footer belong to no purely online sister on this licence, Shop Locator and Shop Rules, both aimed at the estate that sits on account 1611. The social row includes Instagram, which the Coral footer does not. The sponsorship named is Liverpool, as official sports betting partner. The copyright line reads 2026.

Two offers on display in August 2026

Two promotions were on the page on 9 August 2026, and what follows is what the small print itself says.

The sportsbook offer is £30 in free bets in return for a £5 qualifying bet. It is a new-customer offer, UK and Ireland only, 18 or over, and it rules out certain bet types and certain deposit methods. Minimum price is 1/2, a first bet of £5 or better has to be struck inside 14 days, and the return arrives as six tokens of £5, usable on selected sportsbook markets, live for 7 days. Winnings only – the stake stays out of the return.

The second is a 25% boost applied to Bet Builder winnings. It lands on winnings rather than on the stake, caps the qualifying stake at £20, wants combined odds of 2/1 or better across a minimum of three selections, and allows one per player per match.

What Ladbrokes carries that Coral does not

The navigation runs Sports, Gaming, Live Casino, Game Shows, Bingo, Arcade, Poker, Promotions, Shops and Safer Gambling. Two of those sections, Game Shows and Arcade, have no counterpart in the Coral navigation – although Coral keeps a Game Show Reviews link down in its footer, which is a small sign that the two front ends are drawn from one library.

Below the main bar sit 1-2-FREE and Club Ladbrokes, where Coral puts Coral Rewards and Free To Play into a sidebar instead. Shop Locator and Shop Rules appear on both, because both names have a counter estate behind them, and both of those estates are licensed to the same London company on account 1611 rather than to the Gibraltar one that holds the websites.

Two settlements, and the name that appears on both

Checked on 9 August 2026, account 54743 shows a regulatory actions counter of 0, account 1611 shows the same, and the enforcement list itself comes back empty on ladbrokes, on entain and on LC International. Five checks, five blanks.

Ladbrokes is nonetheless named in both announced packages against this group, and in 2019 it was named through the shop licensee rather than the online one.

On 31 July 2019 the Commission announced £5.9m over a period of failure that ran from November 2014 into October 2017. The footnote names two licensees, Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Limited first and Coral Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited second. LC International Limited, the company holding ladbrokes.com today, is not among them.

The second package, announced 17 August 2022, was £17m from Entain, all of it pointed at socially responsible purposes rather than paid as a fine. This time both accounts are in it. Account 1611 took £3m, described at the time as running 2,746 gambling premises across Britain – a figure the Gambling Commission now gives as 2,683, and neither figure cancels the other, since each is accurate for the day it was recorded. Account 54743 took the remaining £14m, described as running thirteen websites, with ladbrokes.com named among them.

Money was not the whole of either outcome. The 2019 package carried divested profit and a review of the fifty largest customers; the 2022 one carried a third-party audit inside twelve months and a named board member put in charge of the improvement plan. Both are set out with their dates and their full outcome sets on the Entain licence file.

What that counter counts is open items against a licence that is still in force. It says nothing about what an operator has actually done, and a zero on it is a fact about the Gambling Commission rather than a verdict on the company.

Choosing from account 54743

Everything here sits under one licensee, so the account you open, the verification you pass and the company at the other end do not change with the brand.
