🃏 What the six sisters offer that Lucky VIP does not
Eleven brands share this licence with Lucky VIP, and the six below have their own page here. Each earns its card for something Lucky VIP cannot match - venues, a sportsbook, bingo heritage, a softer or plainer look - rather than for the shared ownership alone.
⚖ The company behind luckyvip.com
Lucky VIP is the odd one out inside Rank: there is no Lucky VIP building anywhere, in a group whose best-known names grew out of casinos and bingo halls. The licensee, Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, holds one Gambling Commission licence for all twelve web brands; the company is incorporated in Gibraltar, and the wider group answers from a head office in Maidenhead, England - two correct addresses describing two different things.
📄 What the public licence file shows
- A single licence covering bingo, casino, gambling software, and sports bets on real and on virtual events, all held remotely and all running since 11 March 2022
- Twelve Active web addresses, luckyvip.com among them, out of fifteen on the file - the other three are retired
- Zero buildings on this account, with the Grosvenor and Mecca venues licensed separately across five other Rank Group companies
- Cover for players outside Great Britain provided under the Government of Gibraltar
The five sisters without a page on this site - Mecca Bingo, The Vic, Regal Wins, Kitty Bingo and Lucky Pants Bingo - sit on the same file, so the operator, the complaints route and the identity checks match across all twelve brands.
📜 What the enforcement record actually holds
The actions counter against this licence shows nothing, and taken alone that is misleading. That total covers only the current account, which started in March 2022 - the four penalties below all landed earlier, on the companies that ran these brands before.
📋 Four penalties, oldest first
- 10 October 2018 - a £500,000 package agreed with the Rank Group after a single customer went through £1m in one day, playing in a Grosvenor building and on its website; missed warning signs, contact during self-exclusion and credit offered against the rules
- 13 November 2018 - Daub Alderney, at that point running luckyvip.com, paid £7.1m with added licence conditions over how it policed money laundering and protected vulnerable players
- 1 September 2021 - Daub Alderney again, fined £5.85m plus a formal warning for conduct between January 2019 and March 2020; it challenged the decision and the First-tier Tribunal turned the appeal down
- January 2022 - a £700,557 settlement by the predecessor operator over customer-interaction triggers firing too late, linked accounts nobody matched up, and self-exclusion not properly enforced, from October 2019 to February 2021
Lucky VIP sits inside this history directly. It was one of six Daub Alderney sites - alongside Magical Vegas, Spin and Win, Kitty Bingo, Regal Wins and Lucky Pants Bingo - that Rank absorbed when it bought Stride Gaming late in 2019; the 2021 fine covered conduct from before and after that takeover. The licence reached its current holder in March 2022, and that is the whole reason the actions total reads zero.
🕹 Playing at Lucky VIP itself
The lobby leads with slots and gives Megaways and jackpot games their own space, with live-dealer tables available alongside - though tables streamed from a real casino floor stay a Grosvenor Casino exclusive within this family. A free daily prize spin and a weekly prize draw run in the background for existing players, the same pairing Magical Vegas carries.
luckyvip.com was loading normally and taking new sign-ups when it was last checked, in August 2026. Safer-gambling tools sit behind the Rank-wide keepitfun.rank.com hub and cover deposit limits, a take-a-break option, self-exclusion and reality-check reminders.
💸 Money in, money out at Lucky VIP
💵 The cashier rules, shared family-wide
- Around fifteen minutes is the norm for card or PayPal withdrawals when the bank is part of the faster scheme
- Other cards wait one to three working days
- Bank transfer takes longest and adds a fee
- Everything runs as a closed loop back to the deposit method - a Paysafecard deposit needs a different route out, added before the withdrawal
Identity checks stay with each brand: clearing them at Lucky VIP unlocks nothing at Bella Casino or anywhere else in the family, and every sister asks again from the start.
- ✅ Safe: lining up a card or PayPal as the payout route on day one if depositing by Paysafecard, because the voucher cannot take money back.
- ❌ Costly: reading the zero on the licence page as a spotless history - the fines above are real, they just predate the current account.
🧭 Which sister fits which player
Venues and sport sit with Grosvenor Casino and nowhere else in this group. Magical Vegas is the nearest sibling in feel - the same daily spin and weekly draw under a different theme - while Spin and Win drops theming altogether. Bella Casino softens the look, Rialto Casino borrows a London venue for its identity, and Mecca Games brings a household bingo name online without the bingo. Every one of them, plus the five unlinked names above, is covered on the full Rank Interactive family profile, from licence dates to every fine.
