- January 2022 - the predecessor company behind these brands settled for £700,557 over weak spending triggers, linked accounts that were not cross-checked, and gaps in self-exclusion enforcement between October 2019 and February 2021
Magical Vegas is tied most closely to the middle two: it was a Daub Alderney brand until Rank bought Stride Gaming in October 2019, and the period the 2021 fine covered runs across that sale. The licence itself moved to the current company in March 2022, which is why none of this appears against the account today.
