Lucky 247 is a direct sister site to Bingo Diamond, Sing Bingo, Wink Slots and around 30 other gaming brands, all coming under the Broadway Gaming umbrella. Broadway was set up in 2010 and has developed into a significant operator in both the online bingo and casino sectors, having set up or acquired close to 50 gambling brands now, it’s taken over a significant portion of the UK online gambling scene. It operates in the UK market through a licence to offer remote gaming and bingo platforms, awarded by the UK Gambling Commission.

Founded in 2012, the Lucky 247 site has a pleasingly modern interface, and provides a range of over 300 slots, along with a scratchcard gaming section.

Lucky 247 Game Selection

Casino gamers may appreciate the simplicity of the Lucky 247 platform, as the home page takes you straight to the games, providing a selection in a colourful display, along with a handful of search options.

You can opt for Slots, Scratchcards or All Games, and you can also search among the new and most popular titles, although the navigation system overall lacks options and is not that easy to use. In many cases, you will be left to trawl through the list of games looking for the title you want.

In total, you will find around 300 slot games here, but the selection is curiously limited and lacks many of the most popular titles. You won’t find Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest or Eye of Horus here, and there are none of the familiar progressive jackpot titles such as Mega Millions available.

The other omissions include a complete lack of live casino and table games, which severely limits the appeal of the site, and even the Scratchcard section provides only four games to choose from. Overall, this is a game library that many online casino players will find disappointing.

Lucky 247 Banking and Customer Support

One area in which the Lucky 257 site excels is customer support. Unlike some other UK-facing sites, you will find the full range of contact options available here. There is phone and email support, along with Skype support and a Live Chat facility, all supported by a comprehensive FAQ section.

There are eight payment options here, ranging from the standard Visa and Mastercard to Neteller, Skrill, Revolut and Paysafecard, although PayPal is a curious omission. Payment processing times are in line with what you would expect from a modern online casino site, although the minimum deposit amount of £20 that is in place across all payment methods is a little high.

Bingo Diamond

After comparing Bingo Diamond to Lucky 24/7 this weekend, the bingo focus actually adds something fresh. While the casino section matches Lucky 24/7’s game count, their unique bingo rooms run 24/7 with bigger jackpots than I expected. The withdrawal system processes faster too – my e-wallet cashouts landed in under six hours.

Butlers Bingo

Butlers takes Lucky 24/7’s casino framework but wraps it in a more sophisticated package. The slots library’s slightly larger, and they’ve added some exclusive bingo variants I haven’t seen elsewhere. Customer support impressed me more than Lucky 24/7’s team – proper 24/7 coverage with notably quicker response times.

Rosy Bingo

Spent Tuesday night exploring Rosy’s platform – they’ve expanded beyond Lucky 24/7’s pure casino approach with a solid mix of both worlds. The bingo rooms offer better value, while the casino section packs in about 1500 games. Banking moves smoother here, with more payment options than Lucky 24/7 offers.

Casino of Dreams

This one feels like Lucky 24/7’s more ambitious sibling. Their 2000+ game collection dwarfs the competition, with some exclusive titles I haven’t spotted elsewhere in the family. The VIP program kicks in earlier too – noticed faster withdrawals after just a few days of regular play.

Glossy Bingo

Glossy takes Lucky 24/7’s gaming experience and adds a proper social element. The chat hosts actually engage with players, something you won’t find at Lucky 24/7. While the casino section matches up, their bingo rooms offer better progressive jackpots and more varied game types.

Dotty Bingo Dotty might look casual compared to Lucky 24/7, but they’re running a tighter ship behind the scenes. Withdrawal times beat Lucky 24/7 consistently, and their hybrid bingo-casino approach works surprisingly well. Support team handles both gaming types expertly – no more bouncing between departments for different questions.

Sing Bingo

Lucky 247 is a sister site to Sing Bingo, which is another old online gaming site under the Broadway umbrella, although was only recently acquired by Broadway. As the name indicates, Sing Bingo is focused on bingo and does not offer a very wide choice of games, with only 275 titles, no live casino options, and a small number of jackpot games. The Sing Bingo site provides a similar number of banking methods but does not have a live chat option for contacting customer support.

Lucky 247 Conclusions

The Lucky 247 site does have some plus points. The no-nonsense design manages to look modern and streamlined and gets players straight to the gaming action. Unfortunately, that’s where the disappointment begins. With no table games or live casino options, and some notable absences from the slot collection, many online casino fans will be disappointed by the variety offered here, and the strong customer support platform does not fully offset the poor range available.
