Two licences now, and still no sisters – checked on 15 August 2026
Midnite has no sister sites in Britain. Two licensed companies now stand behind the brand, Dribble Media Limited on Gambling Commission account 42647 and Midnite Limited on account 101839, and both accounts carry the single trading name midnite and nothing else.

Two other places to look, and what joining each one pays
Nothing in this section is a sister site of Midnite, and saying so plainly matters more here than it usually would, because the sentence above has just told you there are none. A sister site means one licensed company is answerable for two brands. Neither name below has any company link to Midnite. They are other British books this site is content to send a reader towards, and that is the whole of the relationship.
The two were picked because they sit at opposite ends of one question: what an account is actually worth on the day it is opened. One pays a free bet up front once a qualifying stake has gone through and asks nothing else. The other pays nothing whatever for joining and puts the lot into weekly rewards that have to be earned again every week. Set against each other they show how differently two licensed British books answer the same question, and which answer suits you turns on whether you mean to bet once or to keep betting.
One further point on Betarno, because it is the kind of thing this page has spent its length on. The licence file lists betarno.com as an Inactive address on a second account, 64666, held by Onyx Gaming Limited, which trades as BetWright. That is a shared past on paper. It is not a shared present: read on 15 August 2026, the Betarno site states in its own footer that it is operated by ProgressPlay Limited under account 39335, while the BetWright site states in its own footer that it is a trading name of Onyx Gaming. Two live brands, two separate companies today, and one older filing that would tell you otherwise.
What changed on 11 August 2026
The second licence is four days old. On 11 August 2026 five permissions were switched on against Midnite Limited, account 101839, and the web address filed to that account, www.midnite.com, was switched on alongside them. All five are marked Active and all five run from that one date.
What this page said in August 2026 was different, and the difference is the point of it. It recorded 101839 as an application still running: the five permissions sat as Pending, and the address was filed Inactive. It declined to guess how that would end, which was the right call at the time. The file has now answered, and the answer is that the licence was granted.
This is also the plainest argument available for checking a date rather than trusting a page. Any guide describing Midnite as a one-licence brand was correct until the eleventh of this month and is wrong today, and nothing about the brand itself changed to make that happen.
Two licences, and still one brand
Two live licences might reasonably be expected to produce two brands. They have not, and the filings are unusually clear about it. Account 42647 carries one trading name, midnite, and one web address, midnite.com. Account 101839 carries one trading name, midnite, and one web address, www.midnite.com.
The two addresses are not even two addresses. One account files the domain bare and the other files it with a www in front of it, which is a filing convention and not a second website. Between the two accounts there are two names and two addresses, and all four of them are one brand written down twice.
That is why the count in the first line has not moved. A sister site needs a second brand for one company to be answerable for, and there is no second brand on either file to be answerable for.
The permission that did not move
The two accounts do not carry the same permissions, and the gap between them is the most interesting line in either file.
Dribble Media holds six. Midnite Limited holds five. The five that match cover bingo, casino, pool betting, and fixed-odds betting on both real and computer-generated events. The sixth, which only the London account holds, is gambling software.
That sixth permission is also the oldest thing on either file. It has been Active since 14 July 2015, some fifteen months before any betting permission appears on the account at all, which is a company building the machinery before it sells anything through it. Why it has stayed in London while the customer-facing five were granted again in Gibraltar is not something either file explains, and this page will not invent a reason for it.
Six activities added one at a time
Nothing about the London account arrived in one piece. Its six permissions were switched on across nine years, one or two at a time, and taken in order they show a business widening what it was allowed to sell rather than one opening fully formed.

All six are still Active and not one of them carries a closing date. The licence number covering them is 042647-R-321653-022, and the Gibraltar account runs under a separate one, 101839-R-342850-001.
The Irish company, and why it is not a sister
A third company using the same name sounds like the strongest sister-site candidate anywhere on this page, and it is not one at all.
The small print on midnite.com, read in August 2026, split the brand by market: customers in Great Britain dealt with Dribble Media Limited under 42647, while customers in Ireland dealt with Midnite Europe Limited under Revenue Commissioner licence 1019666. Those details carry their August 2026 date and are repeated here under it rather than presented as a check made today.
A sister site is a British licensing relationship, which means one company, answerable to one regulator, for two different brands. Midnite Europe is a different company answerable to a different regulator for the same brand. That is the reverse arrangement in both halves at once, and it is why a reader who finds the Irish entity has found a market split rather than a family.
Dribble Media Limited is an English company, number 09555672, and the head office recorded against its licence on 15 August 2026 is at 86-90 Paul Street in London. Midnite Limited files its head office at Unit 1-3 Irish Place in Gibraltar.
Which company would answer a complaint
Four days ago this question had a tidy answer. One account was live and the other was an application, so the live one was the business on the hook. Both are live now, and the licence file on its own no longer settles it.
What settles it is the paperwork on the site. As read in August 2026 that put customers in Great Britain with Dribble Media Limited, and a newer Gibraltar filing does not by itself change what an existing British account was opened under. Anybody joining from here on should read which company is named in the terms before depositing, because that is the business a dispute would be taken up with, and it is the one question on this page that the licence file cannot answer on its own.
Neither account carries anything on its actions page. Both were read on 15 August 2026, and both printed one line and no table, to say that nothing has been formally recorded against either company. That covers formal action by the regulator and nothing wider. Complaints settled directly between a customer and a company, or dropped before they reached anybody official, would never appear there, and their absence is not evidence that none of them happened.
More licence checks on British betting brands
Betdaq is the nearest comparison here: one licence, one exchange, and a second name on the account that turns out not to be a second exchange. 10Bet runs a single brand on a single account with two web addresses filed to it. MarathonBet is the case where no licence file comes back at all any more.
