Sky Vegas Casino Sister Sites

The checked answer:

Sky Vegas sister sites are Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker, which sit on the same Gambling Commission account, plus Sky Bet, which sits on a different one. Sky Vegas itself is licensed to Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, account 65519, at 55 Line Wall in Gibraltar. Until 31 October 2025 these brands ran on Bonne Terre Limited, account 38718, registered to Sky Betting and Gaming in Leeds, and that account surrendered every licence it held on that date.

The licence changed hands in November 2024

Bonne Terre Gaming Limited took remote bingo and remote casino licences on 18 November 2024 under licence number 065519-R-339675-002, and both are Active. The account records five trading names, every one of them Active: sky bingo, sky poker, sky vegas, sky bet games and sky casino. Six domains sit on it, all Active, and two of those are mobile addresses rather than separate sites.

The old account is still in the Gambling Commission records and still readable. Bonne Terre Limited, account 38718, prints a head office at 4 Wellington Place in Leeds and held five activities. Every one was surrendered with an end date of 31 October 2025, its five trading names are now Inactive, and so are all eight of its domains. Sky Bet went somewhere else again: it sits on SBG Sports Limited, account 67370, in St Julians in Malta, Active since 6 October 2025 – three and a half weeks before the Leeds account closed.

The footer on the live Sky Vegas site was read on 8 August 2026 and matches the Gambling Commission. It names Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, prints licence number 65519, and links straight through to the Commission page for that account.

The penalties that left the file

The actions page for account 65519 records nothing at all, and the page for the surrendered Leeds account records nothing either. Neither of those is a clean record.

  • 28 March 2018 – £1,000,000, announced against Bonne Terre Limited trading as SkyBet. 736 self-excluded customers were able to open and use duplicate accounts, marketing went out to roughly 50,000 people who had self-excluded, and 36,748 customers did not get their balances back when accounts were closed.
  • 9 March 2022 – £1.17 million, announced against the same company. A Sky Vegas free spins promotion sent on 2 November 2021 reached 249,159 people who had unsubscribed from marketing, and 41,395 more who had self-excluded.

Both penalties sat on account 38718, and when it surrendered its licences the counter went to zero with £2.17 million of paid penalties going with it. The account is still listed, complete with the Leeds address and its dormant brand names, which makes the empty counter easy to misread. A counter reports actions currently standing against a currently licensed business, and nothing beyond that.

Sky Vegas sister sites

Brand Where it sits in the Gambling Commission records What that means for you
Sky Casino Trading name on account 65519; www.skycasino.com Active Same licensee as Sky Vegas and the same account number in the footer
Sky Bingo Trading name on 65519; www.skybingo.com Active Same licensee, same file, same Gibraltar head office
Sky Poker Trading name on 65519; www.skypoker.com and m.skypoker.com both Active Same licensee. The mobile address is a second entry on the file, not a second site
Sky Bet Trading name on SBG Sports Limited 67370 in Malta; www.skybet.com and m.skybet.com Active A different licensee, so the Gambling Commission treats it as a separate business
Sky Bet Games Trading name on 65519 where it is Active, and on 67370 where it is Inactive A name on the file with no domain of its own on either account

Four of those five are products you can open; the fifth is a name on a file. The Gambling Commission puts Sky Poker, Sky Bingo, Sky Casino and Sky Vegas with one licensee and Sky Bet with another, and draws no line between the two companies beyond the names they share.
