Sky Vegas Casino Sister Sites

Sky Vegas is licensed to Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, account holder in Gibraltar, since 18 November 2024. Its true account-mates are Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker, none reviewed on this site, while Sky Bet trades on a separate Malta account entirely. The only other Flutter-family write-up here is Tombola Arcade, on a different licensee altogether.

⚡ New Gibraltar account since 18 November 2024

Tombola Arcade

🎰 One finding, and it never left the file · Last Researched On 8 August 2026

Tombola (International) Plc, a separate Gibraltar licensee, runs the account behind Tombola Arcade - the second and last brand page this family carries. A financial penalty decided on 21 July 2025 stands against that account right now, unlike anything currently recorded here. Tombola, the plain brand rather than the arcade, shares that same file as its one genuine account-mate.

🔑 The licence changed hands in November 2024

Bonne Terre Gaming Limited took remote bingo and remote casino licences on 18 November 2024, both now Active. The account records five trading names, all Active: sky bingo, sky casino, sky poker, sky vegas and sky bet games. Six domains sit on it, all Active: skyvegas.com, skycasino.com, skybingo.com, skypoker.com and two mobile addresses, m.skyvegas.com and m.skypoker.com, rather than separate sites of their own.

📌 The account, in short

  • Licensee: Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, head office in Gibraltar
  • Activities: remote bingo and remote casino, both Active from 18 November 2024
  • Trading names: five, all Active - Sky Bet Games, Sky Bingo, Sky Casino, Sky Poker, Sky Vegas
  • Domains: six, all Active, two of them mobile addresses
  • Regulatory actions on this account: none

The old account is still readable. Bonne Terre Limited, the Leeds licensee, printed a head office at 4 Wellington Place and held five activities - casino, real-event betting, virtual-event betting, pool betting and software - every one of them Surrendered with an end date of 31 October 2025. Every one of its five trading names, and all eight of its domains, now read Inactive. Sky Bet went to a third company again, a Malta account activated on 6 October 2025 - weeks ahead of the Leeds account own close-out on 31 October. The Sky Vegas footer, read live on 8 August 2026, names Bonne Terre Gaming Limited and matches what the Gambling Commission records.

👤 Sky Casino, Sky Bingo, Sky Poker - and Sky Bet on a different file

Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker are trading names on the same Gibraltar account as Sky Vegas - genuine account-mates, same licensee, same file. None has a review of its own on this site. Sky Bet is a trading name too, but on a different account altogether, the new Malta licence, and the Commission treats it as a separate business even though the brand name and group history are shared. Sky Bet Games appears on both accounts, Active on the Gibraltar one and Inactive on the Malta one, a name with no domain of its own on either file. Worth noting only as a coincidence rather than a connection: the file gives the licensee behind Sky Vegas the same Gibraltar building that Tombola Arcade prints for itself in its own footer, not in its own file entry - a coincidence between a real record and a website, not a shared licence.

⚠ The penalty history that left the old account

Two penalties sat on the Leeds account before it surrendered, and both are now gone from its public counter - not because the record was cleared, but because the licence itself no longer exists. On 28 March 2018 the Commission fined Bonne Terre Limited, trading as SkyBet at the time, £1,000,000. The case covered three separate failures: 736 self-excluded players managed to open and use duplicate accounts, around fifty thousand people who had already self-excluded were targeted with marketing regardless, and 36,748 people never had their balances returned once their accounts were shut. A second penalty, £1.17 million, followed on 9 March 2022, triggered by a Sky Vegas free-spins push on 2 November 2021 that reached 249,159 people who had already opted out of marketing, alongside 41,395 more who had self-excluded entirely. £2.17 million was paid across the two cases, and none of it followed Sky Vegas to its new Gibraltar account.

💡 What a clean counter here actually means

The account behind Sky Vegas today shows no regulatory actions of its own - genuinely clean, since it is a different, newer licence to the one that surrendered, not the old file with its penalty history removed. Worth stating plainly: an empty counter here means new, not spotless history. The £2.17 million paid on the old Leeds account is a fact about that earlier licence, not about this specific account, and both things can be true at once.

🔎 What is worth double-checking

  • ✅ Safe: treating Sky Bingo, Sky Casino, Sky Poker and Sky Vegas as one account behind four different doors, since all four share the same licensee.
  • ❌ Costly: assuming Sky Bet sits on that same account. It trades on a separate Malta licensee, and the Commission treats it as a different business.
