No waffle answer:
Tombola Arcade has exactly one sister site in the Gambling Commission records, and that is Tombola. Both are trading names on the same Gambling Commission account, 38613, held by Tombola (International) Plc in Gibraltar, and both are Active. The brands usually listed alongside it – Sky Vegas, Paddy Power, Betfair, PokerStars – sit on separate licensees, and the Gambling Commission draws no line between them beyond one shared address. Account 38613 also carries a financial penalty of £184,500 decided on 21 July 2025.

One account, four domains, two brand names
Account 38613 holds remote bingo and remote casino from 1 November 2014, plus remote betting on virtual events added on 17 July 2025, all under licence number 038613-R-319397-014. It records two trading names, tombola and tombola arcade, both Active, and four domains, also all Active: www.tombolaarcade.co.uk, www.tombola.co.uk, www.tombolaarcade.com and www.tombola.com. There are no premises on the file.
The head office in the Gambling Commission records is 327 Main Street in Gibraltar. The site prints something different. Read on the live site in August 2026, the footer gives an operating address of Floor 4, 55 Line Wall Road, names tombola (International) Plc with company number 105556, points at the Commission and account 38613 as its British authorisation, and adds Gibraltar licence RGL 052. Two addresses, one company – and 55 Line Wall Road happens to be the building the Gambling Commission prints for the licensee behind Sky Vegas.
A second company shares the name. Tombola Limited, account 36834, sits in Birmingham and holds a remote gambling software licence only, with no trading names and no domains at all.
The penalty decided in July 2025
The account carries one regulatory action, and unusually for this family it is recorded in the Gambling Commission records rather than missing from it.
On 21 July 2025 the Commission imposed a financial penalty of £184,500 on Tombola (International) Plc under section 121 of the Gambling Act. It followed an investigation into a key event that the licensee had reported itself, and it was imposed outside a licence review. Two code provisions were breached: the one covering consent for direct electronic marketing, and the paragraphs of the self-exclusion provision dealing with how excluded customers must be handled. Commission officials recorded the failings as isolated, and credited the company with acting straight away and co-operating throughout.
No Commission news article exists for this decision. It sits in the Gambling Commission records and nowhere else, which is exactly why it is easy to miss.

Tombola Arcade sister sites
| Name on the file | What the Gambling Commission records | How close the link actually is |
|---|---|---|
| Tombola | Trading name on the same account 38613; www.tombola.co.uk and www.tombola.com both Active | The only true sister. Same licensee, same account, same file |
| Betfair | TSE Malta LP, account 39561, prints the same head office – 327 Main Street, Gibraltar | A shared address in the Gambling Commission records, not a shared licence |
| Sky Vegas | Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, account 65519, Gibraltar | A separate licensee. The Gambling Commission records no connection to 38613 |
| Paddy Power | PPB Entertainment Limited 39426, with three further accounts in Malta and Dublin | A separate licensee again, and four of them rather than one |
| PokerStars | Stars Interactive Limited, account 39108, Isle of Man | A separate licensee on a different island entirely |
| Tombola Limited | Account 36834 in Birmingham; remote gambling software only, no domains | Same name, no site. A software account rather than a casino |
Only one of those is a sister site in the sense most people mean by the phrase. What the file does record is the address at 327 Main Street, which account 38613 and the Betfair licensee both print, and that is worth what it says and nothing more. The Flutter licence entry sets out all fifteen accounts and where each brand actually sits.
