Tombola Arcade

Tombola Arcade has exactly one true account-mate, Tombola itself, both trading names on the same Gibraltar account held by Tombola (International) Plc. The brands usually listed alongside it, Sky Vegas, Paddy Power, Betfair and PokerStars, sit on separate licensees entirely. Just one page here shares the wider Flutter file with this one, and that is Sky Vegas, run by yet another licensee again.

❗ July 2025 finding, still recorded today

Sky Vegas

🏠 A newer account with an older history behind it · Last Researched On 8 August 2026

Bonne Terre Gaming Limited has held Sky Vegas since 18 November 2024, a Gibraltar licensee entirely separate from the one behind this page. That account records nothing against it today, though the group it belongs to once ran from a Leeds licence that paid out £2.17 million in penalties before surrendering. Three further names, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker, sit on the very same Gibraltar file as Sky Vegas, none of them written up anywhere on this site.

🔑 One account, four domains, two brand names

The account holds remote bingo and remote casino from 1 November 2014, plus remote betting on virtual events added on 17 July 2025. It records two trading names, tombola and tombola arcade, both Active, and four domains, also all Active: tombolaarcade.co.uk, tombola.co.uk, tombolaarcade.com and tombola.com. There are no premises on the file, and the account was still taking new signups when the live site was read in August 2026. Worth keeping straight: the short figure quoted in most footers is the account number, while a much longer reference string covers the licence itself, and several write-ups elsewhere have muddled the pair.

📌 What is on the file

  • Licensee: Tombola (International) Plc, based in Gibraltar
  • Permissions cover bingo and casino play from 1 November 2014, with virtual-event betting folded in on 17 July 2025
  • Two Active trading names on the file: Tombola, Tombola Arcade
  • Four Active domains, and no premises anywhere on the account
  • One finding stands against the account, dated 21 July 2025

👤 The address on file, and the one the site prints

The head office on file is 327 Main Street in Gibraltar. The live site prints something different: read in August 2026, the footer gives an operating address of Floor 4, 55 Line Wall Road, names Tombola (International) Plc, and points to this same account as its British authorisation. Two addresses, one company - and 55 Line Wall Road happens to be the building the file gives for the licensee behind Sky Vegas, a coincidence of address rather than a shared licence. A second, unconnected company shares the name too: a Birmingham business holding a remote gambling software licence only, with no trading names and no domains at all. Betfair adds a second coincidence of its own: its Malta entity prints 327 Main Street too, the very address the file gives as this account own head office - a shared building on the record itself, not just on the footer. Two separate coincidences, neither one a shared licence. PokerStars sits on a separate Isle of Man account of its own, and Paddy Power spreads across four accounts entirely apart from this one - neither shares the Tombola Arcade file, despite sitting in the same wider group.

⚠ The penalty decided in July 2025

On 21 July 2025 the Gambling Commission imposed a financial penalty of £184,500 on Tombola (International) Plc under section 121 of the Gambling Act. It followed an investigation into a key event that the licensee itself had reported, and it was imposed outside a routine licence review rather than as part of one. Two code provisions were breached: the one covering consent for direct electronic marketing, and the paragraphs of the self-exclusion provision covering how excluded customers must be handled. Officials recorded the failings as isolated and credited the company with acting straight away and co-operating throughout. No news article accompanies the decision - it sits in the enforcement file and nowhere else, which is exactly why it is easy to miss.

💡 A different shape to Sky Vegas, on purpose

This account carries the opposite problem to the one behind Sky Vegas. There, two large penalties dropped off the public actions list when an old licence was surrendered, leaving a clean-looking newer account behind. Here, the one finding this account has ever recorded is still exactly where it should be: on the account, dated, and unremoved. A penalty still listed against an account and one that has dropped off both matter, and neither one, on its own, should be read as the whole story.

🔎 A mix-up worth avoiding

  • ✅ Safe: treating Tombola and Tombola Arcade as the same file behind two doors, since both are trading names on the one account.
  • ❌ Costly: reading the shared Line Wall Road address as a shared licence with Sky Vegas. It is a coincidence in the file, not a connection between the two companies.

🔗 More from this file

Betfair, Paddy Power, PokerStars, Sky Bet and Sky Vegas all trade inside the same wider Flutter group as Tombola Arcade, and a separate £2,000,000 settlement decided against four other licensees in December 2025 belongs to that bigger picture too, not to this account.
