The Gambling Commission imposed a combined penalty of £7.1 million on 32Red Limited and Platinum Gaming Limited in March 2023, for social responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures. Two separate licences, one enforcement action, decided at the same time.
A shared parent company does not mean a shared licence. It did mean a shared compliance operation, closely enough that the regulator dealt with both companies in one case. The licence stayed active and operational changes followed.

Self-exclusion is set with the company holding the licence, so a block placed with 32Red Limited covers 32Red and ends there. Unibet sits on the Platinum Gaming Limited licence and stays open. Same owner, same fine, two separate blocks to set.
