Boylesports has four sister sites: Boyle Bingo, Boyle Casino, Boyle Games and Boyle Poker. All four are trading names filed on the same British account as boylesports.com, held by Boylesports Enterprise, which makes them product rooms on one platform rather than four separate businesses.

👥 Four sister names, one account 🌐 Twenty-one web addresses on file 📅 All five permissions start 1 November 2014
⚽ The four other Boyle names on the same account
Boylesports Enterprise files five trading names against one British account. One of them is boylesports.com itself. The other four are the sister sites.
Boyle Casino
One of the five names on file · casino permission from 1 November 2014
Boyle Casino is the slots and table games section of the platform. The casino permission behind it is one of five listed against Boylesports Enterprise, and all five carry the same start date. Nothing on the file sets it up as a separate company.
Boyle Bingo
The one with bingo written beside it · dated the same first day
Boyle Bingo carries both a permission and a name to itself, which is why it looks the most like a separate site of the four. It is not one. The bingo permission is the fourth of the five listed against the same account and it starts on the same day as the rest.
Boyle Games
A name drawing on the casino permission · nothing of its own on the list
Boyle Games sits in the same list of trading names but draws on the casino permission rather than a permission of its own. Two names against one permission is ordinary filing practice. For a player it means the balance, the account and the identity check carry across without a second application.
Boyle Poker
A filed name with nothing to match it · poker is not among the five
Boyle Poker is filed as a trading name on the account. The five permissions listed against that account are bingo, casino, general betting on real events, general betting on virtual events and pool betting. The name is on the file and a poker permission is not.
📋 What the online account lists
Five trading names: boylebingo.com, boylecasino.com, boylegames.com, boylepoker.com and boylesports.com
Twenty-one web addresses, all of them boylesports.com sub-domains or boyle-prefixed domains
Zero premises
Five permissions, all reading Active and Current, all starting 1 November 2014: bingo, casino, general betting on real events, general betting on virtual events and pool betting
Head office Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland, A91 Y899
The trading names on that list are filed as domains. The operator has not filed Boyle Casino as a name; it has filed boylecasino.com. That is why the four sister sites read as web addresses on the file and as brands on the screen.
Three more Boyle names appear among the web addresses without appearing as trading names: lotto, vegas and livecasino. A web address is somewhere the platform answers. A trading name is a name the operator is permitted to trade under. The four sister sites above clear both lists, and those three clear only one.
🔍 The second Boylesports account, and the 85 shops on it
A search of the Gambling Commission business records for boyle returns three results. The second is Boylesports (UK) Limited, and that separate company runs the shops.
Three permissions sit on it. General betting on real events taken in person and pool betting taken in person both start on 12 February 2019. A third, listed as general betting standard ancillary remote, starts on 17 October 2023. All three read Active and Current.
The actions total on both files reads zero, and both were read on 16 August 2026. That total shows what is held against an account now rather than what has happened, which is why the 2020 fine above does not appear on it.
💰 Which account the website sits on
The shops account files one trading name, no web addresses and 85 premises. The online account files five trading names, twenty-one web addresses and no premises. The website and the four sister names sit on the online file; the shops are filed apart from them.
Pool betting is the one product on both accounts. The online company holds it in remote form and the shops company holds it in the non-remote form dated 12 February 2019. A pool bet placed at a counter and a pool bet placed on the site are covered by two different files held by two different companies.
⏰ What one account across five names means when something goes wrong
One account means one complaint route. A dispute about Boyle Bingo and a dispute about Boyle Casino reach the same operator, under the same permission list, at the same head office in Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland, postcode A91 Y899. A dispute about a shop lands somewhere else, because the shops sit on the other account, at A91 NT78.
It also means one identity check. Bingo, casino, real event betting, virtual event betting and pool betting are all on the single online account, so a check done once covers all of them.
⚠️ Worth knowing before you treat these as four sites
Four names on one account is not four sets of terms and it is not four balances. It is one operator trading under four extra names. If you want operators that are genuinely separate, compare the licensed company on each file rather than the name on the front of the site.
🎰 The third result the name search returns
Searching the business records for boyle brings back a third company with no connection to the two above. Gary Boyle holds a file of his own and is a separate bookmaker that the surname pulls into the same result list. Anyone running that search will see three entries, and only two of them are Boylesports.
✅ Safe: Treating Boyle Bingo, Boyle Casino, Boyle Games and Boyle Poker as one operator with one balance and one identity check.
❌ Costly: Expecting boylepoker.com to come with a poker permission because the name is filed.
⚖ The 2020 warning, and the three conditions it added
One thing on this account does not show up in those totals at all. Boylesports Enterprise was given an official warning and fined £2.8 million on 11 November 2020, after the Commission found it had no appropriate money laundering risk assessment in place and that its anti-money laundering controls could not be implemented effectively on boylesports.com and boylecasino.com. Read 17 August 2026.
Two websites are named in it. One is the main site and the other is Boyle Casino. The other three names on the account are not mentioned in it at all, and none of them needed to be, because the finding attached to the account rather than to any single brand on it.
📝 The three conditions written onto the licence
A qualified money laundering reporting officer must be kept in post, holding a personal management licence
Anti-money laundering training for senior staff must be run every year and bought in from outside
Those controls must be kept under continuing review rather than signed off once
Conditions sit on the account, so they cover all five names on it. A player at Boyle Bingo is held under the same three as a player at boylesports.com, and the checks that follow from them apply at all four sister names rather than only at the site the case named.
