Happy Tiger Sister Sites

The short answer, checked on 15 August 2026

Happy Tiger has 2 sister sites: Spin King and Lux Casino. Both are run by Happytiger ApS, a Danish company with its head office in Aalborg, licensed in Great Britain under account 57641. The three share one licence and one piece of software, and on 15 August 2026 all three were advertising the identical joining deal.

What Spin King and Lux Casino do differently

The two casinos below are the sister sites of Happy Tiger, run by the same company on the same software and covered by the same British licence. They are set out here because the joining offer is identical at all three, so what is left to choose between them is the lobby rather than the deal.

Spin King

Slots and live tables, with no bingo room attached

Filed to Happytiger ApS on the same account as Happy Tiger, and built around slot machines and live dealer tables streamed from the Evolution studio instead of bingo.

Terms as they stood on 15 August 2026: a first deposit of £20 or more is matched in full, 100 per cent up to £100, with deposit and bonus together to be staked ten times over on selected slots before any withdrawal.

Lux Casino

A members club framing over the same cashier

Also filed to Happytiger ApS, presented as a members club with a curated monthly selection and a live lounge, though the games and the payment screens behind it are the ones the other two use.

Terms as they stood on 15 August 2026: the same full match to £100 from a £20 minimum, ten times play-through on deposit and bonus, thirty days to finish it, and winnings from bonus play capped at £300.

Why the fourth name is not a fourth casino

Anybody working through this account will meet a fourth brand, King Spin, and it is worth saying plainly that it is not a separate casino. Four addresses carrying that spelling are filed as live. One of them, kingspin.co.uk, could not be resolved at all on 15 August 2026, which means the address has no working entry in the system that turns a web address into a server. The other three, king-spin.co.uk, kingspin.uk and king-spin.uk, all open Spin King itself. King Spin is a second spelling of Spin King rather than a sister to it.

A fifth live address, spin-king.com, answered on the same day with a hosting error reporting that the deployment could not be found. None of that is alarming on its own, but it does mean the number of names filed against this business overstates the number of casinos standing behind them.

Twenty seven addresses, four names

The company file lists 27 web addresses, 12 switched on and 15 switched off. The counter at the top matches the tables underneath, which is not something that can be taken for granted on these files. Reading all 27 shows how few are casinos: the twelve live ones carry happytiger.co.uk, luxcasino.co.uk, six spellings of Spin King and four of King Spin, and nothing else at all.

The fifteen switched-off addresses are narrower still. Every one is a version of two bingo names, Bingo Boost and Bingo Burst, filed with hyphens and without, on three different endings, and once with a letter missing, as bingobost.co.uk. Buying up the misspellings of a brand you own is ordinary defensive housekeeping. It also means that a headline figure of 27 addresses describes a business running three casinos and two closed bingo sites.

The bingo brand that closed, and where it sent its players

Both bingoboost.co.uk and bingoburst.co.uk answered on 15 August 2026, and both serve the same closure notice. It states that Bingo Burst ceased operations on 30 September 2025, that new sign-ups had already stopped on 2 September 2025, and that existing players could carry their balances over to Happy Tiger and Spin King. The notice names Happytiger ApS and account 57641 in its own footer and gives a support line, 0800 102 6335, which is the same number Happy Tiger prints on its own pages.

Two things stand out. The wording covers Bingo Burst alone, yet it is also what the Bingo Boost address serves, so nothing published anywhere says what became of Bingo Boost. And the notice sends players to two places, Happy Tiger and Spin King. Lux Casino is not one of them.

The joining terms disagree about which sites are covered

Here is the part a reader can act on, and finding it meant reading the small print on all three sites. Every welcome offer on this licence carries a clause saying the offer may be claimed once across the whole business, and the clause lists the sites it covers by name. That list is not the same on every site.

On happytiger.co.uk and on spinking.co.uk, read on 15 August 2026, the clause names two addresses, happytiger.co.uk and spinking.co.uk. On luxcasino.co.uk, read the same day, the same clause names three, adding luxcasino.co.uk to that pair. So the Lux Casino wording shuts out somebody who has already joined either of the other two, while the Happy Tiger and Spin King wording does not mention Lux Casino anywhere.

Which version governs is not stated on any of the three, and this page is not going to guess at it. What it means in practice is simple enough: anybody thinking of opening a second account inside this family should get the answer from support in writing before depositing, because the published terms do not agree with one another.

What the licence actually covers

Gambling cannot be sold to British players by anybody the Gambling Commission has not cleared, and each cleared company is given a numbered public file that anyone may read free of charge. Account 57641 is that file for Happytiger ApS, and 057641-R-333524-008 is the licence reference printed on it.

The file is a short one. Two permissions are recorded, both live and both running from 9 July 2021: one for casino games sold over the internet, one for bingo sold the same way. Remote is the official word for that, and it means online rather than in a building. No premises are recorded, because nothing here is sold over a counter.

The bingo permission is the odd one out, because it is still live while both bingo brands are shut. Five trading names are filed: happytiger, lux casino and spin king switched on, bingo boost and bingo burst switched off. The regulatory sanctions page for this account shows no table at all, printing one sentence to say that nothing of the kind has been entered against this business, read on 15 August 2026. Head office is at Lauritzens Plads in Aalborg. Searching the business records for happytiger, spinking, kingspin or luxcasino returns this one account each time and nothing beside it, so none of the four names is filed anywhere else.

Other British casinos this site points to

The two casinos in this second block have no tie to Happy Tiger whatever, and neither belongs to Happytiger ApS: both answer to separate British licences held by separate companies, and they appear purely as other places a reader might look. They earn their place by treating a welcome deal in opposite ways, one paying a modest bonus that carries no withdrawal ceiling at all, the other releasing free spins across a week that have to be picked up day by day.

CasinoCasino

Older Novomatic and Amatic reels, kept on the shelf

Run by L and L Europe Limited, this is the one of the pair leaning on long-running Novomatic and Amatic titles such as Book of Ra and Sizzling Hot, with an Evolution live casino alongside them.

Terms as they stood on 15 August 2026: the opening deposit is doubled, 100 per cent to a £25 maximum, from £10 upwards; the offer has to be switched on before money goes in, the bonus carries ten times wagering, single stakes are held to £2 for as long as it runs, nothing caps what may be withdrawn, and Skrill is not accepted for the qualifying deposit.

NY Spins

Twenty spins a day for a week, collected by hand

Held by SuprPlay Limited, and it lays a points scheme and a set of unlockable city districts over the games, which is what marks it out from the others named here.

Terms as they stood on 15 August 2026: a first deposit of £25 unlocks as many as 140 free spins, fed out twenty at a time on seven straight days; each batch has to be collected from a pop-up on the day or it lapses at midnight, spins are worth ten pence, and anything won arrives as bonus money carrying ten times play-through and a daily ceiling of £100.

Two more pages on this site

The company behind CasinoCasino runs a number of British brands of its own, and the L and L Europe page sets out what it holds. For the opposite end of the scale to a three-casino operator, the Slot Planet page covers a licence carrying 40 web addresses.
