A British visitor typing slotplanet.com does not stay on the address typed. The request forwards to a site filed under /gb, and that site is the one the British licence covers.
The footer sets the arrangement out in its own words. Slot Planet is described as a brand under the management of White Hat Gaming Limited, a Maltese company with a listed address at 85 St John Street in Valletta. The footer then splits the rules in two. British players are covered by the British licence file. Everybody else falls under a Malta licence that started on 1 August 2018.
So the company is the same wherever a player happens to be sitting, and which rulebook applies is settled by where the request came from.

Read on 15 August 2026, five permissions sit on the file: casino play, bingo, gambling software, plus two betting permissions, one for real events and one for virtual. Every one of them covers gambling sold online, and not a single one has lapsed since the start date of 29 October 2018. No premises are listed anywhere on it, which fits a business that sells nothing across a counter.
