Hot Streak Casino Sister Sites

🗂 Last Researched On 15 August 2026

Hot Streak Casino has around 60 sister sites, and the closest six are DiceDen, BOGOF Bingo, Mayfair Casino, PlayUK, Jackpot Mobile Casino and 333 Casino. All of them sit on one British licence held by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and all of them run on the same Markor Technology platform, the same game providers, the same payment methods, the same identity checks and the same support desk. The theme and the welcome offer are what change between them. One licence should also mean one self-exclusion covering every brand, and in June 2025 Grace Media was fined £60,000 over the self-exclusion rules, after marketing went to players who had already excluded themselves.

⚙ About 60 casinos, one platform, and one company answering for all of it

Grace Media holds a single British licence alongside a Gibraltar one, and around 60 casino sites trade on it. Some of the 60 are brands Grace Media owns outright and some belong to third-party white-label partners renting the same infrastructure. Hot Streak Casino is one of the directly-owned ones, which shortens the route when a complaint has to go past the support desk.

The network got to this size by shrinking. Grace Media bought the British casino business of Nektan in 2020 and has run on that infrastructure ever since, and the roster has come down from over 100 brands at the Nektan peak to around 60 today. ProgressPlay is the only comparable one, with well over a hundred more addresses on a single licence.

🛠 Seven things that do not change when you switch brands

  • The platform software. Markor Technology powers all of them, so loading, layout and the cashier behave the same everywhere.
  • The game suppliers: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play n GO, Elk Studios, Light and Wonder, Games Global, Blueprint Gaming, Microgaming and more than 20 others.
  • The payment methods, the minimum deposits and the charge on a small cashout.
  • The identity checks, the proof-of-address requirements and the source-of-funds triggers.
  • The support team, working out of Gibraltar from 8am to 4am daily.
  • The licence itself, so anything a regulator does lands on every brand at once.
  • The eCOGRA certification, which covers every brand on the platform.
  • ✅ Identical and useful: a complaint about one brand is a complaint about the company running all 60, and one regulator sits over every one of them.
  • ❌ Identical and awkward: opening accounts at several of them to collect several welcome offers is watched centrally, and the restrictions that follow apply across all 60 rather than at the one that raised the flag.

🔍 Five documents that name the company behind the site

Nothing about the ownership is hidden, but it is spread across five documents rather than stated on the homepage. Working through them takes a few minutes and settles who a player is actually dealing with.

📋 What each source says about who runs it

  • The site footer names Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited and gives the address as Sovereign Place, 117 Main Street, Gibraltar.
  • The published British file shows the same company holding an active licence covering casino, bingo, gambling software and general betting.
  • The Gibraltar Regulatory Authority carries a matching entry against the same address.
  • The eCOGRA seal in the footer clicks through to a certificate covering independent game testing.
  • The terms name Markor Technology as the software licensee.

🔒 One licence should shut all 60, and a June 2025 fine says otherwise

One licence covering the whole network means a self-exclusion set at any Grace Media brand ought to shut every other one at the same time. On a network this size that would cover 60 places at once.

Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited was penalised £60,000 by the Gambling Commission on 26 June 2025, over the self-exclusion requirement and the rule on consent for direct marketing. Marketing reached people who had already shut themselves out, and some of it went out with no proper consent behind it. The Commission recorded that written policies existed, that the breaches came from human error in applying them, that the operator cooperated and made changes, and that no suspension followed. Nothing further has been added since.

The licence structure is what should carry an exclusion across all 60 brands, and a published finding says the self-exclusion rules were not applied properly here. Anyone relying on it should open two or three of the sister sites afterwards and confirm the block took, rather than assuming the network handled it.

A GAMSTOP sign-up is the exception, because no Grace Media system has to do anything for it to work. It is applied centrally across every British-licensed operator, so it covers these 60 and every other British site at once.

🔥 About 1,500 slots, and not one of them is exclusive

The fire-and-heat theme and the dark colour scheme are Hot Streak alone, and the 2022 build makes it quicker to move around than several of the older siblings. The catalogue runs to around 1,500 slots, with Big Bass Bonanza and The Dog House Megaways from Pragmatic Play among the headline titles, Table games include Pontoon Pro. Live dealer content is there without being the point of the site.

None of it buys a game a player cannot reach elsewhere on the network. Every title here appears at the sister sites too.

💳 PayPal in three days, and two methods that only take money in

Deposits run through Visa and Mastercard debit from £5, with credit cards blocked by regulation, plus PayPal from £5, Trustly instantly, Pay by Mobile through Boku from £10, Paysafecard from £5, and Skrill and Neteller. Coming back the other way, PayPal takes 24 to 72 hours and is the quickest route for most British players, Skrill and Neteller take 24 to 48 hours, Trustly takes 1 to 3 days, and a debit card runs 1 to 8 business days once the bank is counted in.

Pay by Mobile and Paysafecard take money in and cannot send any back out. Funding an account either way means adding a second method before a cashout is possible, and that second method has to carry the same name as the casino account. A first withdrawal often brings document requests with it that add another 24 to 72 hours on top.

Any withdrawal under £30 has a fee taken off it, so a small balance is worth leaving until it is bigger. A bonus claimed before the identity checks are finished can be forfeited outright if the details supplied do not match the payment method behind them, which is the argument for getting documents in on day one rather than at cashout.

💰 The eight-week point is where IBAS takes over

📧 The escalation route, with the deadlines on it

  • Day 1: live chat or email. Timestamp everything and keep every reply that comes back.
  • 48 to 72 hours: a follow-up email quoting the original ticket, saying plainly that you will escalate within 7 days if it is still open.
  • 7 days: a formal written complaint through the published procedure. The operator has 24 hours to acknowledge it.
  • 8 weeks, or sooner if a deadlock letter arrives: IBAS. After that the regulator will take a report about how an operator behaved, though it does not settle individual disputes.

👥 Six of the 60, and what each one does that Hot Streak does not

The six below were picked because each one answers something Hot Streak leaves alone: bingo, longevity, catalogue size, plain joining terms, higher limits and a loyalty scheme.

BOGOF Bingo

🔢 Bingo as the main product, not a tab · Last Researched On 15 August 2026

Pragmatic Play supplies the bingo engine here, and it runs alongside the slot catalogue rather than behind it, with 75-ball and 90-ball rooms both open. Established in 2009, it is the oldest of the six. A Newbie Room opens twice a day through the first week of a new account.

Jackpot Mobile Casino

📱 Trading since 2015, longer than any of the others · Last Researched On 15 August 2026

2015 is the launch date, seven years ahead of Hot Streak, and that gives it the longest unbroken trading history in the British part of the network. The pitch in the name dates from a period when a casino built for a phone screen was unusual. It stopped being a distinction years ago, because every site on this platform is built that way now.

DiceDen

🎲 Over 1,800 slots, the most on the platform · Last Researched On 15 August 2026

Dice and casino classics set the theme, and the site opened in 2018. Its welcome structure tends to run more generously than most of the platform. The catalogue passes 1,800 slots against roughly 1,500 at Hot Streak, drawn from exactly the same supplier list.

PlayUK

📜 Wager-free spins on a first deposit · Last Researched On 15 August 2026

Spins that come with no playthrough at all are what this one is known for, and its terms overall are among the shortest Grace Media runs. It opened in 2019, aimed squarely at the British market from the start. Anything those spins win is real money the moment it lands.

Mayfair Casino

🎥 Built for higher limits and live tables · Last Researched On 15 August 2026

Live dealer tables get more attention here than anywhere else on the network, where they are usually a side section, and the whole site is positioned for higher-limit play behind a more polished interface. No launch year is published for it, which makes it the one brand of the six that cannot be placed on the timeline.

333 Casino

🎖 A loyalty scheme on top of the welcome offer · Last Researched On 15 August 2026

Returning players are the ones this brand is built around. It is one of the older names Grace Media operates directly, and the loyalty scheme is what sets it apart: tiered deposit bonuses, win boosts and cash prizes that keep arriving long after the welcome offer has gone.
