The casino itself, at starwins.co.uk, answered as a trading casino in a browser check on 17 August 2026. The build is navy with red, it carries the Bonuses page and the Daily Wheel some sisters lack, the page copy names Blackjack, Roulette and Live Casino, and the footer carries the network payment marks from Visa through to pay by mobile.

The regulator published a £500,000 payment from Jumpman Gaming Limited on 17 May 2022, at the end of an investigation into how the business checked where player money came from and how it looked after customers. The money was directed towards work on gambling harm rather than paid over as a fine. A second operator, ProgressPlay Limited, was named in the same announcement for £175,718 across 201 addresses.
The case sat on the licence itself, so every address in the tables, Star Wins included, was inside its scope, and no individual brand is named in anything published. The detailed public statement behind it has since been taken down. A freedom of information refusal published in January 2026 records both that the statement existed and that it was withdrawn, so the case can be established as real without the document itself being readable.
