📜 How HeySpin changed hands
HeySpin spent its early years as one of a dozen or more names sharing the licence of AG Communications Limited, part of Aspire Global. The enforcement outcome of February 2025 was the second against that company since 2022, and it is part of why so many of the old Aspire era names are gone entirely. HeySpin is one of the few that found a new home rather than a closure notice.
📅 The handover, date by date
- Launch to 2025: traded under AG Communications Limited of the Aspire Global group
- February 2025: a regulatory settlement of £1,407,834 by AG Communications, covering money laundering lapses alongside social responsibility failings; the network began shrinking
- 2026: the Aspire white label arm left the British market, and its brands closed, were sold on, or moved licence
- Now: HeySpin trades on the Jumpman Gaming file, its newest arrival
None of that history moved across with the brand. The two settlements sat against AG Communications Limited, the company then holding the licence, and Jumpman Gaming was not a party to either.
📱 What the HeySpin site shows
The site at heyspin.com is built in near black with orange, with a prize Wheel and a players Club beside the games but no Bonuses page, one of the leaner builds on this licence.
Lower down the page sits a question and answer section covering RTP and independent testing, which its sisters do not print. The rest of the footer matches the network pattern: the operator line, the payment marks, the safer gambling badges and the Alderney head office, printed with its no post note.
🏦 The licence it sits on now
Every casino sold to British players stands on a licence, and licences here are the business of the Gambling Commission. The Jumpman Gaming file lists a counter of 231 web addresses over tables that print 229 rows, and both figures are carried because they disagree. Eighteen of the rows trade under the company name, 131 sit with partners under the White Label mark, and 80 have stopped.
Self exclusion is the part to get right after a licence move. GAMSTOP covers every British licensed site whoever operates it, so that protection followed HeySpin to Jumpman on its own. An exclusion set directly with HeySpin in the Aspire years bound the old company, though, and it should not be assumed to have transferred; set it again with the new operator, and note that excluding from HeySpin now reaches every brand on the Jumpman file at once, a far wider net than before.
The cashier, the verification and the withdrawal processing are now the Jumpman versions rather than the old Aspire back office, so the identity checks can run again the first time money comes out. 📑 The settlement on the new file
The new file is not blank either. Jumpman Gaming Limited settled with the regulator in an announcement of 17 May 2022, paying £500,000 in place of a fine after failings in money laundering controls and customer care were found, at a time when 243 websites sat on the licence. It attached to the licence as a whole, so it covers the brands HeySpin now sits beside, and nothing published names any individual brand. A Freedom of Information response from January 2026 is the strongest surviving public source on the case.
