The notice puts withdrawals with support rather than in a cashier, so the route out of a closed account with a balance on it runs through the operator by email. Nothing on the page says how long that route stays open.

Six brands from the same licence are set out below, all of them running the platform explained further down. 📱 What belonged to Immortal Wins alone
The brand opened in the autumn of 2021 and took its look from a Microgaming slot called Immortal Romance. Four supernatural characters met a player on the front page. The palette ran dark red and purple, the imagery ran to castles, and a section called the Immortal Archive gathered the gothic titles in one place.
That curation was the whole of the difference. The titles in the Immortal Archive sat on every other name in the group as well, arranged differently on their front pages. Nothing in the catalogue was exclusive to this build.

The one behind this brand is held by Jumpman Gaming Limited. The company address on it is La Corvee House, La Corvee, on Alderney. An Alderney Gambling Control Commission licence sits beside the British one and covers customers outside Great Britain. Every brand named on this page answers to that same company.
Read on 10 August 2026, a week before the closing notice appeared, the counter above the address list said 231 while the tables underneath held 229 rows. Those two figures do not agree, which is worth stating rather than picking one. Of the rows, 18 are Active, 80 are Inactive, and the remaining 131 carry the White Label marker.
The immortalwins.co.uk line was already among the 80 on that read. Inactive marks a stop rather than a removal. The row is left in place, and a name can move to another licence without the old line ever coming off. In this case the notice on the site itself settles what the status meant.

White Label means the same thing on this file as on any other. A partner business owns the name and does the marketing while the licence holder does the licensed work, so 131 of these addresses are sites rented from Jumpman rather than brands Jumpman built. That puts more distance between a player and the licensed company. It changes nothing about the licence conditions, the complaint route or the reach of self exclusion. 🔔 The settlement dated May 2022
A settlement was published on 17 May 2022 under which Jumpman Gaming Limited paid £500,000 in place of a financial penalty, along with £13,594 towards the cost of the investigation. The money went to the national strategy for reducing gambling harms. The licence holder was running 243 websites at that point.
The review behind it opened in September 2020 and examined conduct between February and July of that year. Three failings were described. Money laundering policies ran source of wealth and source of funds together as though they were one question. Staff carrying out customer checks were not given enough guidance to do them properly. And customers were able to deposit and lose substantial sums before any check on what they could afford was triggered.
Immortal Wins opened more than a year after the period examined, so nothing in that case concerns anything done under this brand. The findings are no longer published, because public statements are archived three years from the day they are issued, and they are not repeated here beyond what the announcement carried.
📖 Where the newest arrival is written up
Rainbow Spins, the brand the closing notice points at, has no write-up here yet. HeySpin is the newest arrival on this licence, brought over after another operator left the British market.
