👥 Three sisters, read from a table seat
Five brands share the account. The three below are the ones a table player is most likely to weigh up: the biggest live floor, a sportsbook with a casino attached, and the international name.
🔑 Four permissions, and a short list of what is missing
What is absent from this account is nearly as short a list as what is on it. No premises are filed, which rules out anything over a counter. No trading names are filed, which is why the brands appear as addresses. There is no permission to supply games to other companies, none for lotteries and none for pool betting. What is there comes to four lines, every one Active. Casino came first, dated 1 November 2014. Next onto the file came betting on real events, dated 29 April 2016. Bingo followed, dated 26 February 2018. The newest, betting on virtual events, is dated 23 April 2025, and it is the only alteration made to the file in seven years.
📌 Eleven entries, and which of them answer
- 21.co.uk answers, and it is the shortest entry anywhere on the list
- The five other working names are betmgm.co.uk, slotboss.co.uk, betuk.com, pinkcasino.co.uk and leovegas.co.uk
- Five entries are dormant, and not one of them has ever belonged to this brand
- Two of those five are the LeoVegas .com address in plain and www forms; the other three are bingo names
Everything runs from a single office in Sliema, Malta. The file records it as Level 7, Plaza Commercial Center, on Bisazza Street. All six sites repeat the street and the postcode, then give the building a different name: The Plaza Business Centre. One address, recorded under two names. No white-label supplier stands behind any of these brands, and no platform company either.
🔖 The brand whose name is its own address
21.co.uk is the shortest entry on the file and the only brand on the account where the name and the web address are one and the same thing. The menu is the more useful oddity. Live Casino sits ahead of Casino on the top strip, where almost every casino site does it the other way round. Behind them sit shelves for classic slots, Megaways, exclusives, Slingo and table games. On 13 August 2026 a Christmas games shelf was still sitting there in the middle of August, which is a fair reminder of how long a shelf label can outlast its season. The Gigantic Jackpots shelf carries totals that climb while you are looking at them, so no figure from it is printed here.
⚠ An empty page, and two fines that happened anyway
Start with what the account shows, which is nothing. The actions page records no regulatory action, and on 13 August 2026 four separate attempts at the actions list, each worded differently, came back with no result. Now the rest of it. On 2 May 2018 a £600,000 package was announced. Forty-one adverts had misled. Money owed was never returned to 11,205 people who self-excluded and closed their accounts. Marketing carried on reaching 1,894 more who had self-excluded before it was sent. And 413 got back into play with nobody speaking to them first and without the twenty-four hours that are supposed to pass. The company also surrendered its gains from the failings and paid the investigation bill. On 3 August 2022 a £1.32 million penalty followed, with an official warning beside it and an order to submit to an audit. Those findings were about controls: spend triggers pitched above what a normal customer reaches, six hours of continuous play before a compulsory 45-minute break with no reasoning recorded, harm signals passed over despite policies that named them, money-laundering limits set too high to do much work, and too little asked about where player money had originated.
📋 Three things that are all true together
- The account has been fined twice, for a combined £1.92 million
- The public actions page for that same account shows nothing whatsoever
- The licence is still Active and all six sites are still trading today
- Neither case carries a published decision date, so the two dates above are announcement dates
🔒 What travels with the account, whichever site you pick
The rulebook is one document reissued six times. Its version number is identical on every copy, and only the edition date moves as each site takes the update. It names the six brands together, holds a customer to one account per brand, and sets a £250,000 limit on the return from any single sports bet, which matters little on a live-casino brand but comes with the document regardless. Player money is kept in accounts separate from company money, at a level the terms label medium protection, which is a statement about how the money is held rather than a guarantee of getting it back. Exclusion travels the same way. GAMSTOP shuts every British-licensed site at a stroke, and below it the account block covers all six of these names, 21.co.uk included, as the flagship site sets out in its own copy.
📑 One search, one result
Put 21.co.uk into a business search and exactly one account comes back. This brand carries no confusion of its own, largely because the name and the address are the same thing, so there is nothing for a near-miss to attach itself to. The sisters are not all so fortunate. Bet UK sits one letter away from ibetuk.com, which belongs to iBet Global Limited and to nobody on this account. Even the three letters mgm bring back only this licence, despite that name being used on gambling products in several countries. The word vegas is the messy one, with 37 separate entries behind it and none of them related to anything here.
- ✅ Safe: the dealer games here run on the same licence, and through the same cashier, as the five sister sites.
- ❌ Costly: quoting a figure off the Gigantic Jackpots shelf. Those totals move while the page is open.
🔗 Where bingo sits, and where the reels run deepest
Bingo beside the tables exists at one address only, Pink Casino, which carries the single bingo tab on this licence, and the deepest reel shelves belong to Slot Boss, the sister that stocks the same Slingo section as this one.
