👥 Three sisters a betting customer would actually cross to
Five brands share this account. The three below are the ones worth crossing to from a sportsbook: the biggest catalogue, the widest slot shelves, and the room built around live tables.
🔑 What the account actually covers
The casino permission is the oldest line here, dated 1 November 2014. Betting on real events followed eighteen months later, on 29 April 2016, and that is the permission Bet UK trades on. Bingo arrived on 26 February 2018. The most recent line anywhere on the account is betting on virtual events, added 23 April 2025, and nothing else has moved for seven years. Every one of the four is Active. Premises are not filed at all, so nothing here happens over a counter, and trading names are not filed either, which is why the six brands appear only as web addresses. No software permission sits on the licence, so it lets the company run casinos, take bets and offer bingo, but not supply games to anybody else. No lottery line, no pool betting.
📌 How the eleven addresses divide
- Six answer today: betuk.com, leovegas.co.uk, slotboss.co.uk, pinkcasino.co.uk, 21.co.uk and betmgm.co.uk
- betuk.com is the only live one filed as a bare .com, with no www form beside it
- Five lie dormant: the two LeoVegas .com forms, plus bingoloopy.com, bingogodz.com and bingos.co.uk
- Not one of the six forwards anywhere else, and each adds the www prefix back if you leave it off
One head office covers all of it, in Sliema, Malta: Bisazza Street, Level 7, in a building the file names Plaza Commercial Center. The six live sites give the same street and the same postcode but name the building The Plaza Business Centre instead, so one address goes by two names. There is no white-label deal in this family and no platform company behind the brands, which is unusual for a group this size.
📜 The newest copy of a rulebook all six share
Every brand on the account serves the same terms document, and Bet UK serves the newest edition of it. The version number matched on both copies checked, while the edition dates were about six weeks apart, which points to one template rolling out brand by brand rather than six separate rulebooks. Bet UK also serves the document from a different path than the flagship does. What it says applies whichever door you came in through: all six brands are named in it as one family, one account per brand is the stated limit, and winnings from a sports bet are capped at £250,000 however large the stake or the odds. Customer money is described as held apart from company funds at what the regulator calls the medium protection level. That is a description of how the money is kept, not a promise that it comes back if the company fails, and the difference is worth understanding before a large balance builds up.
⚠ Two penalties the file does not show
The 3 August 2022 case cost £1.32 million. On safer gambling, the Commission found spending alerts set at levels an ordinary customer would never reach, a rule that let someone play for six hours before a compulsory 45-minute break began with no note on file explaining that choice, and warning signs left unactioned even where the company had written policies covering them. On money laundering it found limits high enough to be little use and too few questions asked about the source of customer funds. An official warning came with the fine, and an audit was ordered to prove the policies were being applied.
📋 The earlier case, announced 2 May 2018 at £600,000
- 41 adverts were found to have misled the people who saw them
- 11,205 customers got no money back after self-excluding and closing an account
- 1,894 people who had already self-excluded were marketed to anyway
- 413 more were allowed back to gamble with no conversation first and none of the twenty-four hours the rules demand
- It gave up the profit made through those failings and covered the cost of the investigation
Nothing from either case shows against the licence now. Searching the actions list four separate ways on 13 August 2026 produced no result at all. That counter carries only what is outstanding today: a settled case leaves it, while the licence carries on trading. Read the zero as a clean history and you have the story exactly backwards. Both dates above are the dates the cases were announced, because no decision date has been published for either.
🔒 A break here is a break from all six
GAMSTOP, the national scheme, closes every gambling site licensed in Britain the moment a block is set. Underneath it sits the account-level layer, and the flagship site spells that out by name: a block taken at LeoVegas also stops Pink Casino, BetMGM, Bet UK, 21.co.uk and Slot Boss. The join route backs it up. All six send the Sign Up button to one shared page, and the form behind that page is identical everywhere: two steps, an email address, then a password, with personal details left to a later stage. Each of those six routes answered when opened on 13 August 2026.
📑 The one brand name that brings back two licensees
Bet UK is the only name on this account that returns a second result on a business search. The other entry is ibetuk.com, filed by iBet Global Limited: one letter longer, a separate licensee, and nothing to do with this company. Every other brand here returns this account on its own. Search vegas by itself, though, and 37 results appear, from Sky Vegas to Vegas Amusements, none of them connected to the account, plus two unrelated companies both trading as Mr Vegas.
- ✅ Safe: one licensee stands behind all six sites, so the same complaint route covers every one of them.
- ❌ Costly: treating a move to a sister brand as a fresh start. A block set at any of the six reaches all six.
🔗 Bingo lives at one address, sport at another
Bingo players are better served at Pink Casino, the only brand on this licence with a bingo tab at the top of the page, and anyone who wants sport and casino in one wallet has BetMGM, which runs the same two-sided menu Bet UK does.
