Every one of them trades on UK Gambling Commission account 39198, which belongs to LeoVegas Gaming PLC, the Malta company holding all six brands as plain domain names – the account has never filed a trading name. The join route was checked on 13 August 2026 and the form came up straight away.

The betting permission on a casino licence
BetUK is the dedicated betting shopfront on an account that started life as a casino licence. The casino permission dates to 1 November 2014; betting on real events arrived on 29 April 2016, eighteen months later, and betting on virtual events followed as recently as 23 April 2025. BetUK trades on those betting permissions with a casino and live casino tucked behind the sportsbook, while BetMGM straddles both worlds and the other four stick to casino products. A bingo permission joined in February 2018 as well, though on this brand it shows nowhere – the bingo shelves live with the casino sisters. No premises are filed anywhere on the account, so the whole business runs online.
The register row for betuk.com
On the domain list, betuk.com is one of six Active entries, and it is the only one of the six filed as a bare .com without a www prefix on the register. A business register search for betuk turns up something none of the sister searches do: a second result. It is ibetuk.com, an iBet Global Limited domain sitting on account 53377 – one letter longer, different company, no connection. The five dormant entries behind the live six include the dot-com pair the flagship keeps and three bingo addresses that no longer answer at all. Searches for the other five brands each return account 39198 alone, and the full lookalike survey lives in the account file.
Forty pounds, in four pieces
The sports welcome read on 13 August 2026: bet £10 within seven days of joining and £40 in free bets follows, broken into four £10 tokens – two for football accumulators of four legs or more, two for sports multiples of two or more – each valid for seven days, with minimum odds attached and virtual sports, esports and non-British or Irish racing excluded. On the day it was read, the homepage banner carried no casino element beside it; the spin offers live with the casino sisters. Offers rotate, so the date matters.
The same form as five casinos

The BetUK terms are the freshest copy of the group document: version V6.1, edition dated 6 August 2026, a week old when read – the LeoVegas copy of the same V6.1 still says 24 June. For a betting customer the clause that matters most sits near the top: sports winnings are capped at £250,000 on a bet, whatever the stake or the odds. The document names all six brands, allows one account per brand, and describes customer funds as segregated at the medium protection level, which speaks to how money is held rather than guaranteeing its return. Company number C59314 appears there too, against the Sliema head office.
Announced in 2018 and 2022, absent from the register
Account 39198 shows a zero for regulatory actions, and the separate actions register returns nothing for this licensee however it is searched. Even so, there are two announced penalties: £600,000 in May 2018 and £1.32 million in August 2022, the second accompanied by an official warning and a required audit. Leaving the sportsbook without leaving the licence
