Three sister sites, and what they give new players
The three sites below run on the same licence as Spin Station. One company answers for all four, and that is also why their prize-draw entries end up in the same draw.
They were picked because Spin Station names the sites its prize draws are shared with, and these three are on that list. One is a bookmaker, one leads with table games, and one is about as plain as a slots site gets.

The prize draw you share with fourteen other casinos
Spin Station runs three prize draws. An annual one pays £30,000 in cash, a quarterly one pays £10,000 in goods, and a weekly one splits £500 between ten winners. Plenty of casinos run draws like that. What is unusual is the footnote under each set of terms, which names the other websites whose entries go into the same draw.
For the annual draw the footnote lists fifteen brands. Alongside Spin Station it names Casilime, Barz, Grand Ivy, Casimba, Dream Vegas, Miami Dice, Spinrider, Spinland, Jackpot Village, Temple Nile, Reload Casino, Blackjackcity, Lumicasino and 247Bet. The terms are explicit that tickets from all of those sites are entered into one draw, and that one winner is selected from it.
The other two draws have their own footnotes and their own lists, and the lists are not the same. Twenty names sit under the quarterly goods draw and seventeen under the weekly cash draw. Twelve brands appear in all three.
One more clause matters. The depositing and betting needed for a ticket must all be done on the same site, so you cannot add up play across two of them to reach a ticket faster. You earn entries in one place and are then drawn against everybody.
None of this is hidden. It is printed in the terms under every draw. It is just not what most people would assume when a casino advertises a prize as its own.
Some of those casinos are not on the British licence
Some of the casinos in those lists do not hold the British licence at all.
Of the fifteen names under the annual draw, twelve are filed on 52894 and can be looked up there. Three are not on that account at all: the footnote calls them Casilime, Reload Casino and Lumicasino. The quarterly list adds five more that do not appear on the British file, four of which carry Finnish names, and the weekly list adds two others.
There is nothing wrong with that. Companies run prizes across several countries and hold a licence in each. It does mean you cannot work out how many people you are up against from the British licence alone, because some of the field is not on it.
What Spin Station gives a new player, and the clause that takes it back
The welcome offer read on 16 August 2026 is fifty spins on Big Bass Bonanza, given free. Twenty pounds has to go in first, and £10 of that must go through slots before the spins appear. They then last 72 hours, they work on that one game and no other, and their winnings are paid as cash with no wagering attached and a ceiling of £100. The smallest withdrawal the site will process from cash funds is £20.
Two conditions sit further down the same terms and neither is in the headline. The first is that the offer cannot be claimed while any other bonus is active on the account. The second is sharper: a cash withdrawal made during the £10 of qualifying staking forfeits the spins outright, and they are not credited afterwards.
That second clause is the one to read twice. It does not reduce the offer or delay it. A player who deposits £20, stakes part of the £10, then takes some of the remaining money back out has not slowed the welcome down. It has gone. The published terms carry a version stamp of 5.3 and were last altered on 15 January 2026.

Who runs Spin Station, and who runs the draws
Spin Station is a brand name. White Hat Gaming Limited is the business behind it, and it holds the British licence that makes the site lawful here. The Gambling Commission publishes a free file on every licensed company, and this one is numbered 52894. The company itself is based in Mosta, on Malta.
The count on 52894 is forty web addresses: twenty-five partner-branded, seven branded by the licence holder, eight switched off. Spin Station is one of the twenty-five, and so is every other British name in the draw lists above.
Twelve of the names in those footnotes are on the British licence, and all twelve are partner-run sites. None of the seven that White Hat sells under its own names appears in any of the three draws.
On the licence, Spin Station is marked White Label. That marking is used where the firm owning a brand and the firm answering for it in law are two different businesses. It matters for the draws above, because those are run by the licence holder rather than by the brand on the entry.
None of these brand names is filed with the regulator; only the company name is. So to check the list yourself, search for the web address rather than the brand. Typing spinstation.com returns a single result, and every site on the licence is shown on that page.
Has anything been recorded against this licence?
The penalties section of this licence was empty when we opened it on 16 August 2026. As of that day the regulator had published nothing against the company.
