🔍 Four picked from the draw footnotes and beyond
The list is not one casino repeated over and over. One of the names is a bookmaker, one arranges its lobby around tables, and Slotnite belongs to the seven that White Hat sells under its own names. Four are set out below.
💰 The prize draws are shared with other casinos
Spin Station runs three prize draws. The yearly one pays cash, the quarterly one pays in goods, and the weekly one splits a smaller cash pot ten ways. Draws like those are common enough. The footnote under each set of terms is less common. It names the other casinos whose entries land in the same draw.
The sums, read on 16 August 2026, were £30,000 once a year, £10,000 every quarter and £500 every week.
One clause is easy to walk past. The depositing and the betting that earn a ticket have to be done on a single site, so play spread over two of them does not add up. Entries are earned in one place and then drawn against everybody in the pool.

📌 Who else is in the yearly draw
The yearly footnote lists fifteen brands. Next to Spin Station it names Grand Ivy, Casimba, Dream Vegas, Miami Dice, Spin Rider, Spinland, Jackpot Village, Temple Nile, Barz, Blackjackcity, 247Bet, Casilime, Reload Casino and Lumicasino. The wording says tickets from every one of them go into a single draw and a single winner comes out.
The quarterly and weekly footnotes carry lists of their own, and those lists are not the same as this one.
📋 Names in the footnotes that are not on the British file
- Casilime.

- The quarterly list adds five more that are absent from the British file, four of them carrying Finnish names.
- The weekly list adds two others.
Nothing is wrong with any of that. A company can run a prize across several countries and hold a separate licence in each of them. What it does mean is that the size of the field cannot be worked out from the British file on its own, because part of the field is not filed there.
🏦 The company behind the name
Spin Station is a brand. White Hat Gaming Limited is the business, and it is the holder of the British licence that makes the site lawful here. The Gambling Commission puts out a free file on every licensed company, and this one was looked at on 16 August 2026. The full list of addresses it covers appears on the White Hat Gaming group hub.
White Label is the marking against Spin Station on that file. It is used where the firm owning a brand and the firm answering for it in law are not the same business. For the draws above it matters, because they are run by the licence holder and not by the brand printed on the entry.
Twelve of the names in those footnotes do sit on the British file, and every one of the twelve is partner-run rather than sold by White Hat itself.
📋 What the file records
- The head office is in Mosta, on Malta.
- Forty web addresses are covered.
- Twenty five of them are partner-branded, seven are branded by the holder, eight are switched off.
- There are five permissions: casino, bingo, gambling software, and betting on real and on virtual events.
- Each of the five is for gambling supplied over the internet, and each has run since 29 October 2018.
One dated matter belongs here as well. White Hat Gaming Limited agreed to pay £1.3 million on 28 December 2020, money directed towards reducing gambling harm. The assessment behind it found the firm had fallen short on identifying and protecting customers at raised risk. The websites named were dreamvegas.com, grandivy.com, hellocasino.com and 21casino.com. Spin Station was not among them.
📝 How to check the list yourself
None of these brand names is filed with the regulator. Only the company name is, which is why searching for Spin Station brings back nothing useful. Search for a web address instead. Typing spinstation.com returns one result, and that one result carries every address held under the licence.
The same trick works for any of the other names above. Take the address rather than the brand, put it into the search, and the file that comes back is the company file with the full list attached to it.

- ❌ Costly: Assuming a casino prize is drawn among the players of that one site. Here the entries arrive from a whole list of sites.
