🃏 Six picks filed beside Casimba, chosen for range
Six names sit closest to Casimba, and all six are filed the same way, with a partner business owning the brand and White Hat Gaming holding the British licence behind it. Five of the six are among the 25 partner brands described further down this page, and two of them appear in the December 2020 settlement set out in the same section. 🏆 A prize draw whose own terms leave the figures out
Two prize draws sit on the Casimba front page and one of them cannot be read. The larger is headed A Roaring £30000 up for grabs. The conditions printed under it say that a minimum deposit of in any month during the promotional period is required to earn points, and that wagered equals one point. Two amounts are missing from the sentences built to hold them.
The smaller draw prints both figures where they belong. It pays £10000 three times a year, asks for a minimum deposit of £500 in any month, and counts £400 wagered as one point. Both draws were read on 15 August 2026. From the page as it stands, nobody can work out what entry to the larger draw costs.
Two other casinos in the group run draws like these. The Spinland page has three of them with the staking behind one ticket written up in full, and Jackpot Village carries the same three at the same entry costs.
🔍 Who else has the Casimba name on a British licence
A search of the British licensing records for casimba returns two companies rather than one, and the second is not a casino. Markor Technology UK Limited gives a head office in Gibraltar and holds a single permission, gambling software, live since 26 March 2015. Its file lists no web addresses, no premises and nothing in its sanctions section. It does list one trading name, casimba gaming.
That is the whole of what the record says. Neither file states a relationship between the two companies, and this page does not put one there. The business holding a Casimba balance, running the checks on it and answering a complaint about it is White Hat Gaming Limited.
🏛 The company that answers for a Casimba account
Nobody may sell gambling to people in Britain without a licence, and the Gambling Commission is the body that issues one. Every licensed company then gets a file that anybody may read at no charge. The file behind Casimba belongs to White Hat Gaming Limited, and it gives the head office as the Cornerstone Business Centre in Mosta, Malta.
Five permissions sit on that one licence file. Three of them cover casino, bingo and the gambling software the games themselves run on. The other two cover betting on real sporting events and betting on virtual ones, counted separately. Every one of the five is for gambling sold over the internet, and none of them has been interrupted since 29 October 2018. A Maltese licence issued 1 August 2018 covers the same sites for customers outside Britain.
A payment of £1.3 million was made by White Hat Gaming Limited on 28 December 2020. It was directed at cutting gambling harm, not collected as a fine. Four websites were named in it: 21casino.com, grandivy.com, dreamvegas.com and hellocasino.com. Casimba was not one of the four. 🎲 What White Label means here, and who else is on the file
White Label is the wording the file uses where the name over a website and the licence behind it belong to different businesses. The partner picks the brand and markets it. White Hat holds the British permission and carries what that permission obliges. It tells a reader who chose the name. It does not move who is accountable for the money or the complaint.
