Four sisters, and the gap between the heading and the terms
The four casinos below are sister sites in the strict sense: four names on the front, one licence underneath, and a single business carrying the duties that come with it. They were picked because all four now serve very nearly the same welcome as Casimba while advertising it in completely different words, so setting them beside each other shows what the offer is worth once the heading has been put aside.
Two more of the sisters were opened the same day. Spinland serves the identical fifty-spin welcome and puts it in the banner in the same words the terms use, so heading and small print agree line for line. Dream Vegas serves the full two-part Casimba welcome, changing only which game in the Big Bass series the spins run on. Nothing is printed here about what the other twenty-five names are offering: terms of this kind are rewritten without notice, so a figure only goes on this page where a day can be put against it, and 15 August 2026 is the day behind every figure above.
No wagering requirements, and the half of the offer that has them
The Casimba front page leads with three words in capitals, NO WAGERING REQUIREMENTS, set above a button offering 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza. The welcome is then set out in full in the same block, and it turns out to have two parts.
The first part is the spins, and for that part the heading holds up exactly. They arrive on a first deposit of £20 once £10 of that deposit has been staked on slots, they last 72 hours, and anything they win is paid as cash, capped at £100 and available to take out straight away. No wagering is attached to any of it.
The second part is a 50 per cent match of up to £50 on the second deposit, and that half arrives as bonus funds. The same block states that bonus funds carry wagering of ten times the total bonus, expire after 30 days, and cap any single bet at £5 while they are in play. Both halves are described under one heading, and the heading describes only the first of them.
The practical reading is short. A player who deposits once, stakes the £10 and takes the spins genuinely has nothing to wager. A player who makes the second deposit as well has picked up a wagering condition that the words at the top of the page do not cover.
A prize draw whose own terms leave the figures out
One other thing on that front page can be checked against itself. Two prize draws sit below the welcome. The larger is headed A Roaring £30000 up for grabs, and the conditions printed underneath it say that a minimum deposit of in any month during the promotional period is required to earn points, and that wagered equals one point. Two amounts are simply missing from the sentences built to hold them.

Who else has the Casimba name on a British licence
A search of the licensing records for casimba returns two companies rather than one, and the second is not a casino. Markor Technology UK Limited, account 41645, gives a head office in Gibraltar and holds exactly one permission: gambling software, live since 26 March 2015. It files no web addresses at all, no premises, and nothing in its sanctions section. What it does file is a single trading name, casimba gaming.
That is the whole of what the record says. Being precise about what it does not say matters just as much. The Casimba site names White Hat Gaming Limited and account 52894 in its own terms and names no other business anywhere on the page. Neither file states a relationship between the two companies, and this page does not put one there. For a player the position is the same either way: the business holding a Casimba balance, running the checks on it and answering a complaint about it is White Hat Gaming Limited.
The company that answers for a Casimba account
Nobody may sell gambling to people in Britain without a licence, and the Gambling Commission is the body that issues one. Each licensed company then gets a numbered file that anybody may read at no charge, and 52894 is the number carried by White Hat Gaming Limited. It gives its head office as a business centre in Mosta in Malta, and its licence number is 052894-R-329546-007. Five permissions sit on that one number. Three of them cover casino, bingo and the software the games themselves run on. The other two are betting permissions, covering real sporting events and virtual ones separately. All five have been live since 29 October 2018.
Forty web addresses are filed against that single company. Seven carry names White Hat sells under itself. Twenty-five sit in the White Label column. The remaining eight have stopped. Casimba belongs to that middle group. White Label is what the file prints where the name over a website and the licence behind it belong to different businesses: the partner owns the brand and sells it, and White Hat holds the British permission and carries what that permission obliges. It tells a reader who chose the name. It does not move who is accountable.
One trading name is filed on the whole account, white hat gaming, which is why none of the 31 brands can be looked up by searching for itself as a business. The joining route was left alone for this update, so what it asks a new customer for does not appear on this page.
What is written against this licence at the moment
The sanctions section of account 52894 renders no table. In its place sits a single sentence, which says that nothing of that kind has been recorded against this business, and the counter above it reads zero. Both were read on 15 August 2026.
That describes what is published on the file today, and it should be read as that and nothing broader. Entries are taken down from these pages as they age, so a section with nothing in it describes the paperwork as it stands rather than the company as it has been. Establishing whether anything was ever written there means looking outside the file, and this page makes no claim in either direction.
