🎮 Six picks that show both halves of the file
Six names off the same file are set out below. Two are sold by White Hat under its own banner and four are partner names of the sort Spin Rider is, a split explained further down alongside the December 2020 settlement that one of the six appears in. The write-ups here are Barz Sister Sites, Casimba, the Slotnite page and Hello Casino.
📝 The questions Spin Rider puts to a new customer
Spin Rider puts its whole joining form on the page, in three steps, and every question on it can be read before an account exists. Nothing was typed into any of them and nothing was sent, so what follows is what the form asks and no more.
📋 The three steps, read 16 August 2026
- Step one takes a first name, a last name and an email address, then a gender picked from two options, then a date of birth built from three lists
- The most recent year that birth list offers is 2008, so the eighteen-year rule is built into the form rather than left in the terms
- Step two wants a street address, an optional second line, a town or city, a country chosen from 128 of them, a postcode and a mobile number with its dialling code
- Step three is the account itself: a username, a password, the password again, and a currency
- Two ticks close it. One accepts the terms, the privacy notice and the funds policy and the form will not move on without it. The other is marketing, and it arrives empty
The country list runs to 128 entries and the currency list to eight, so the form itself is built for a much wider audience than Britain alone. What Spin Rider does with the answers afterwards is not on the page, and nothing about it is written here.
💰 Eight currencies on the joining form
The currency an account is held in is one of the answers a new customer supplies, and it is asked for in the same breath as a password. A sum quoted for any casino on this file means little until you know which of the eight the account was opened in, because the figures on screen move with the choice.
💵 The eight on offer at step three
- Pound sterling
- Euro
- United States dollar
- Canadian dollar
- New Zealand dollar
- Norwegian krone
- Brazilian real
- Indian rupee
🏛 Where the Spin Rider address sits among the forty
Spin Rider is a name. The licence underneath it belongs to White Hat Gaming Limited, and everything held against that company can be read without paying and without asking. A licence from the Gambling Commission is what makes any of this lawful to sell in Britain, and one licence covers every name on the file.
Forty addresses sit on it in three groups: twenty five carry a partner name, seven carry a White Hat name, and eight have stopped taking players. Spin Rider is in the first group. The White Label marking on its address means a second company is in the arrangement, one owning the name and doing the selling, the other holding the British permission. The answers on the joining form go to the permission holder, and so does a complaint.
📄 What the file shows, opened 16 August 2026
- Five permissions, all of them active from 29 October 2018: real-event betting, virtual-event betting, casino, bingo and gambling software
- One trading name on the whole thing, white hat gaming
- No premises listed, which is what a business selling nothing over a counter looks like on paper
- A head office given as a business centre in the Maltese town of Mosta
- A Maltese licence dated 1 August 2018 covering players outside Britain
- Searching the records for the bare word spinrider returns this one file and nothing else
£1.3 million changed hands on 28 December 2020 when White Hat Gaming Limited closed a settlement, the money directed at cutting the harm gambling does rather than taken as a penalty. The four web addresses named in it were 21casino.com, hellocasino.com, grandivy.com and dreamvegas.com. Spin Rider was not among them. Grand Ivy Sister Sites and Dream Vegas are both written up here, and the file end to end sits on the operator page.
📋 Seven house names and twenty five partner names
The forty addresses split two ways that matter to somebody reading them. Seven are sold by White Hat under its own name. Twenty five are partner names, which is where Spin Rider belongs. The other eight have stopped.
🎯 The two groups, by name
- Sold under the White Hat name: Slotnite, Hello Casino, Diamond 7, 21 Prive, Skol Casino, G day Casino and Mainstage Bingo
- Partner names with a page here: Slot Planet, Spin Station, Jackpot Village, Spinland, PlayGrand, Miami Dice and Temple Nile Sister Sites
- Partner names with no page here yet: Casilando, Casiku, SpinYoo, Blackjack City, 21 Casino, 247bet, Mr Ben, Mr Run, Hopa, BetTarget and Playzee
- ✅ Safe: The answers on the joining form go to the company holding the permission, and that company is named in the terms of the site.
- ❌ Costly: Reading an empty penalties section as a clean history. It shows what is filed today and nothing further back than that.
📚 Where to read next
The Karamba page covers a name that came onto this file from a different licence altogether, and Griffon Casino is another of the partner names with a write-up of its own. Both have pages here, and the hub covers the file end to end.
