Luck.com is the direct sister site to Mad Slots, and at present the only two casino sites that operate under the control of Viral Interactive Limited.
Viral Interactive is based in Malta, but has held a gambling licence from the UK Gambling Commission to offer gambling services in the UK since 2015. It was previously the owner of Lucky Casino, Platin Casino, Snabbis and Spin Lovers, but those sites are no longer active.
Luck.com Casino Top Alternative Sites
The Luck.com site was created in 2021 and it looks like a thoroughly modern site, with a bright, attractive design, and an overall theme that looks more like a video game setting than a casino site.
Luck.com Casino Games
The home page of the site gives you the opportunity to choose between casino and live casino games sections, and there are several other categories to pick between, although we would prefer to see more useful categories rather than the Recommended, New or Popular links.
This is a minor criticism, however, because the Luck.com site does offer a strong library of games, with over 1800 titles in all, taken from a range of developers.
In the Popular section, you can find the familiar big names such as Big Bass Bonanza and Book Of Dead, and there is an abundance of Megaways games which will please fans of that game mechanic.
The Live Casino section provides 30 titles, covering the main table game attractions of blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, although, this isn’t a particularly large collection. There are some standard table games on the site, but for reasons that aren’t entirely clear, there is no Table Game category, so these titles are mixed in with the standard slot games.
Luck.com Casino Banking
UK casino sites don’t always offer a lot of variety in payment methods, but there are at least one or two alternatives to the traditional options at Luck.com. You can use Visa Electron and Mastercard to make your transactions, but the site also supports Fonix, Trustly and PayPal, which is welcome. We were also pleased at the low minimum deposit of £5, which is more player-friendly than the standard £10, and there are no charges or fees associated with banking transactions.
Luck.com Casino Customer Support
Good customer support is not that difficult to get right, but so many casino sites seem to fall at this hurdle. Luck.com, however, is not one of them. There is no telephone contact option, which is a negative, but players can use email or live chat, both of which are available on a 24/7 basis. There is also a useful FAQ section that can provide answers to a variety of general queries.
MadSlots Casino is a direct sister site to Luck.com and currently the only other online casino that is part of the Viral Interactive organization. It looks a little more dated than Luck.com, but otherwise, is very similar in layout and content. It features around 1800 games and has a very similar design, with the same slightly frustrating navigation tool, along with solid customer support and a banking system that is better than average for the UK market.
Luck.com Casino Conclusion
Luck.com Casino is not a flashy site, despite its modern stylings, but it does offer a strong library of slots games, with some good live casino action as well. The banking system is fast and efficient, and allows for one or two non-standard deposit and withdrawal options, and there is a good all-round customer support provision. If you’re looking for a solid and user-friendly online casino site with a good variety of gaming experience, Luck.com Casino fits the bill.
